2 problems/issues
1) You asked for feedback and sent a reminder before delivery was due. How can one rate performance before taking delivery?
2) The goods were sent to the billing address, and NOT to the delivery address. As luck would have it, I visited the billing address the day after a neighbour accepted the parcel. This is plainly incompetent.

The Trustpilot review is an automated process, the email will arrive three days after we notify our customers of shipping, in the event of an extended delivery time as in your case, then of course the review request will arrive before the goods. This should not be a problem simply wait until the goods arrive, ensure you are happy with your items and then leave your review.

Impressive Sales and Service
The original unit supplied was defective, however, Rachel resolved the issue with the supplier and a replacement unit arrived next day.
Rachel was authoritative, knowledgeable and customer focused at all times.

Required a remote recording location for the Micro SD card that is being fed by my Ucam247 external camera. Advice readily given by Rachel at CMAC, order placed, kept informed via email as to delivery progress. Arrived on time, exceptionally well wrapped and protected. Easy to setup, and is working well. I feel more comfortable now that the recording medium is no longer within the external camera. Great product and excellent service.
