Funding your account is difficult to…
Funding your account is difficult to process, it’s taking too long to process approximately more than two days. Also, modifiying your order especially stop loss and takes profit during ongoing trade.

So glad I gave CMC a try
I moved from my old broker to CMC around two months ago and it's made a huge difference to my trading. Firstly, the performance metrics are very helpful, i could finally see which aspect of my trading needed the most work and where I was doing well. Secondly, the price+ scheme has saved me more than I thought in fees (which are already low) which is fantastic. Finally, the interest on my balance is that little bit of extra value from an already great offering. The only minor drawback was the live chat was hit and miss for me and it wasn't straightforward to sign up for Alpha which I was keen to set up quickly for obvious reasons.

What a joke of an organisation
What a joke of an organisation. Atrocious customer service. Of course you cant complain about the customer service only leave a message which they NEVER respond to. You ask a query. Expecting a response but all they do is wrie it on the system without contacting you. Meanwhile you wait for the time critical response and when you ring up in frustration you find the answer was sitting there weeks ago. Absolutely astounding. You cant make it up. They ask for the name of a bank account so you send them a bank letter and transaction list with all this information and they say you must tell them in handwriting. Another time I provided information in writing and they would not action unless I verbalised the information. CMC has cost me thousands in the past two months but they wont close my account - 2.5 months so far. Their game is to earn interest on your money by stringing out closures as long as they can. Absolutely unconscionable onduct.

Trying unsuccessfully to withdrawal cash
I have been trying to get someone at CMC Markets to address my account and was told my account was linked so that I could withdraw money. I am still waiting. Not very trustworthy, too many talkers, not enough workers. Tried with another employee, he was impatient, and had terrible listening skills. I’m still not successful.
