If there were a minus rating, you would get that.

Service is despicable.

6 days after placing my order, I have heard nothing about pending dispatch or delivery eta. My bike is my only transport, and I am off the road awaiting this part.

Emails and phone calls chasing a status update were ignored, apart from an auto responder saying it will be another five days before you even reply. I have now cancelled the order, and I am awaiting an urgent reply from you about my refund.

A whole week lost for nothing, shame on you.

Disgusting service. Anyone reading this, go elsewhere!

***UPDATE****

They claim to have processed a refund, although it hasn't been received yet. Time will tell, but they have only sent automated emails. No one has acknowledged me, apologised or explained why they failed to do their job. They don't deserve to be in business.

Ordered first time at CMSNL (clutch…

Ordered first time at CMSNL (clutch cover for my KTM 530 EXC 2011). Ordered Tuesday afternoon, received it on Friday. I've read that sometimes clients are dissatisfied with the delivery time and communication but in my case I was very satisfied with my purchase. Furthermore retailers in my home country don't offer these spareparts anymore. Cheers

AVOID USING

incorrect part sent! I have been trying to email and get it sorted as the part they sent me had the correct label on it for the part i ordered but the part itself is completely wrong. i have ordered this on behalf of a customer and don't have the details of the bike 'required' have been emailing and getting nowhere. USELESS

I have now been waiting 3 weeks for my order, all of which was shown in stock when ordered. When I asked where my order was I received an automated e mail ..... If a part is shown as available, it means either it is available immediately if we have in in our warehouse in the Netherlands, or you will have to take some delivery time into account if the part is available in the stock of one of our suppliers ... there was no mention of this as order. Apalling service

wrong item sent out to me ' ignored…

wrong item sent out to me ' ignored most of my e mails did the ticket return crap still no return label ' then said i had to pay the return postage from uk to netherlands because i ordered the wrong part lol i only ordered the part that was supposed to fit my bike ' ' so made a dispute case with pay pal against them and after all that they won the case ' unbelievable ' so now i'm left with a part that will not fit my bike and £100 out of pocket . shocking company avoid.

As we did not receive a follow-up response, we proceeded to ship the order in hopes of fulfilling your original intent.

Please note that items in stock in our warehouse are typically dispatched the same day. However, if a product is not immediately available, we must source it from our suppliers. This process usually takes a few days, but in some cases, supplier delays or transit issues can extend this timeline. While we do our best to keep customers informed, we’re sorry if this wasn’t communicated clearly in your case.

slow delivery, no customer service response

once again ordered for the second time. order status did not change for a week now. also no response on e mail on order status. customer service is bad. orders take a long time.

New website, terrible service

Been using CMSNL for many years but with my most recent order will not be in a rush to do so again. Order dispatched and arrived very quickly but 1 of the items was incorrect. I ordered 2 pistons but received 2 different part numbers which are different sizes. 2 support tickets later and no response from them at all. Their website has been updated since o ordered which now gives me 0 orders placed and no trace of the tickets i raised. frustrating experience given the years of custom i have given them.

You received on 13 march 2025 the parcel and you money back me for only 26.40€ and not for the part that I return 65.40€.
since 2 weeks I phone you 2 times, the answer is : ok no problem.
But i didn't received the difference.
I want my money back.
