Much more the just parts - Excellent in all catagories
I rebuild vintage Honda's as a past time. CMS is my primary resource for part requirements and cross reference information. So they are not only an excellent source for parts, they are also great for information. The pricing is fair and their shipping to the USA is fast. Quality is great on their reproduction parts. What a great company and service they provide. They located and supplied the part (fuel line) for my CBR1000 (1988) that I had all but given up hope of finding.
My advice to all, put the details of the part you are looking for on their watch list and be patient.

Part circling the world 5 times
Page switches delivery country (Germany) to country of my billing address (Australia). It's also displayed in a very easy to miss fashion (2 letter code).
That the delivery country can't be different is a nonsense requirement. No other store does this!
Worse that it did that automatically.
I contacted the support service as soon as I noticed the parcel going on strange route, just to be told that I'll have to wait till the package is returned as undeliverable. Consequently, the case was closed.
Well,.......
Now my package has circled the globe 5 times.
Luckily I managed to order it elsewhere.
The only upside is that im getting a bit of a laugh whenever I see the status of the package going for yet another lap around the globe.
Is it in Hawaii? Kentucky? Sydney or going for another run from Cologne?

Hmm, that is very strange indeed. We ship to many countries from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We do know of the restrictions when you are in another continent and want to ship parts there, our current system does not support this due to safety reasons, however we are in the midst of transferring to a new system so we will take this feedback with us for future use.
We understand that it's confusing if the case immediately gets closed after you get a reply on the support ticket you created. This is our ticketing application that does this automatically, if we get a reply again, it's opened up again, we're sorry for any confusion there.
We have asked our team to take another look and start a dispute with UPS, as this definitely seems like a fault in their system. We will give you an update with more information as soon as we have heard something.
Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Hopefully you could still finish the assembly of your bike for your trip!
