Just want to comment on the fantastic service provided by CMSL. It's the second time I have used CMSL and as before I certainly wasn't disappointed. Ordered several items over the weekend of 15/02/25. Seller's communication was excellent and postage cost were reasonable. I recently purchased a new GL1500SE water pump from this company (loved the free little man key rings BTW) and the item arrived in the UK from The Netherlands in 3 working days. Great service as is normal from this amazing supplier. The part was also £60 cheaper from CMS NL than UK dealers.

In Reply to your response, Both my wife and myself were in all day on the dates FEDEX claimed to have tried to deliver this order, so I believe that they were trying to deliver it to Coxford Farm which is not occupied. I did try to contact FEDEX but they would not deal with me as I do not have an account with them.
As the delivery was set up by you only you can make a claim against FEDEX. and I do not see why I should pay for your failure to deliver this order. kindest regards Malcolm Ure

We ordered 4 washers a month ago
We ordered 4 washers a month ago, small small parts but needed to get our customers bike ready for next season. I have contacted CMS twice and asked them to send me another package but they must contact the courier. I have now ordered the washers from another firm so we can go on and assemble the engine. In my opinion they should have sent me another package directly, the price for the washers are not much but it has delayed our work with a month plus our time to contact CMS.
