From planning to completion, our project was undertaken with competence, professionalism and respect for us and our home. The project organisation, communications and documentation were excellent, the windows and doors are stunning, and the installation team were wonderful. They were well organised, technically experienced, hard working and cleared up every scrap of debris. They were friendly, thoughtful and very patient in ensuring we understood and could properly operate the door lock before they left - in short, they were a pleasure to have around our home.

CN Glass gave a competitive quote and installed the windows without delay. Signed contract to completion in 10 weeks. The UPVC double-glazed windows are high quality and will make our Cotswold cottage much cozier in the winter. The installation took 2 days, the installers were professionals; they demolished the old wood windows in place with a minimum of disruption and assembled and the new windows on site. The installers were hard working and respectful of our home. The office staff were similarly professional.

The new windows look great, and I highly recommend CN Glass.

We recently had a few panes of double-glazing replaced. As usual, this was all done speedily, efficiently and courteously. I have used CN Glass several times in past years and will always return to them for future work.

Fitted three windows with secondary double glazing. Work carried out on the day that had been arranged and new units look excellent. Everything left clean and tidy.

We recently had an update to our back porch and a total rebuild of the front porch, including two new doors.We have had so many comments about how good they look. The quality of all the products are of a high standard and the team involved in putting them all together were fantastic .

We have been using CN Glass for 25+ years and just had the windows replaced they did for us 25 years ago.
They have also done cladding, gutters, fascia boards, soffits, front door and a conservatory over that time.
We would never use anyone else.
Excellent experience start to finish.

I normally never give 5 stars but on this occasion I can't fault the quality and installation of the secondary glazing. The fitters were efficient and pleasant (they even gave me some helpful free advice on a faulty door pane). Full marks.

The windows themselves, from George Barnsdale, are faultless, however the fitting was well below the standard I would have expected having paid £15,000. The fitters damaged a door by slamming it before adjusting the fit and made a poor job of sealing our bedroom window frame - which was remedied by a different window fitting company.
I would heartily recommend George Barnsdale windows, but either have them supply and fit your windows direct or choose another company.

We used CN Glass to fit heritage double glazing into our old cottage windows which were a variety of shapes and sizes - some traditional opening windows, some with fixed panels, some sash windows etc. The ordering and survey process was easy. The specialists who did the work were amazing. They were polite, friendly, efficient and unobtrusive. They were with us for a few weeks and remained cheerful throughout. The only slight concern was that the surveyors under estimated the time it would take, but this didn't bother us enough to remove a star. Thoroughly recommend.

The service was excellent. The guys turned up pomptly and undertook the installation of all windows as planned with every care to the rest of the furnishings. They left the place everyday clean and tidy. Dean and Danny were polite and helpful and the pre-installation guys were also, offering helpful suggestions as to what we should consider. All in all, what more can you want? Highly recommended.

Quick response to request for estimate and resultant design and quote. Followed by a surprisingly swift interval to installation which Jon and Kit did brilliantly. Both very friendly and answered any questions I had without fuss. More important they left absolutely no mess. Great job

Outstanding quality windows that have made a significant improvement to our period house. Scott was incredible helpful providing us with all the options when quoting.
The fitters Keiran and Jon where clean, tidy, efficient and very careful to carry out the work to an extremely high standard. I couldn't recommend them both enough.
Will definitely be recommending to anyone in the future.
