Beautiful new door fitted. Old door removed and everything left clean and tidy. Everything for initial survey to being handed the new keys friendly, effortless and professional.

CN Glass came out to replace our windows and doors in January after we decided to replace our single-pane windows with double glazing. Throughout the whole process they were helpful and informative without being pushy or attempting to upsell us products we didn't really need.

The documentation was easy to understand and we knew what we were going to get.

The installers arrived on time each day and were very friendly and patient while we asked questions how the work was going. They were very considerate of our cats and our house generally.

They even came out the next Monday to redo some sealant that I'd leaned on and smudged up.

Very good service! Would recommend anyone else use them without hesitation.

Had previously contacted two other local companies who promised to get back to me never did. CN Glass responded quickly; their assessor was polite and made helpful suggestions. The work was completed, when promised, by friendly and efficient fitters. They cleaned up after themselves and went out of their way to make the experience the least disruptive as it could be. The quality of the work and materials were outstanding, just in time for a cold snap. No drafts, and the flat has been warmer than it's ever been.
I would never consider using anyone else if needed in the future and I will make sure anyone I talk to knows what a great job CN Glass has done,

Had a new backdoor installed and really pleased with the whole process from start to finish, everyone was so nice and helpful. From the start everything was clear and structured from dates to payments and the guys who installed the door very knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent company to deal with. They promptly replaced a sealed glass unit in one of our French Doors that had been broken by a fitter from a company that supplies blinds. Their fitters were professional and a pleasure to meet. I would highly recommend them.

It was great to find a company that would put a cat flap into a glass patio door - several others said it was impossible. All very efficiently arranged, done ahead of time due to a cancellation, and a bonus to have the job done by a fellow cat-lover!

I am delighted with the work carried out - both the quality of the new door and window, and the installation. The installers did a great job very considerately and efficiently, and I am amazed that there is no sign of damage to the original decor as a result of removing the old frames.

Can't recommend CN Glass enough - I had various quotes and these guys stood out well above the others in terms of their knowledge, expertise and friendliness. The front door to your family home isn't something you want done by people you don't trust and I immediately felt comfortable with Scott and his team handling this for us.

Jon & Kit were fantastic on the day of installation, very friendly guys who explained exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take - taking time to keep things tidy and do all the little finishing touches that you might never know they'd done.

Speedy response to my enquiry by Rob who gave a very competitive price best of four quotes for installation of 11 windows and French doors. Work completed within 6 weeks of the quote by Dean and Danny in a very professional and neat manner. I would highly recommend both the products and the service I received.

We had some secondary glazing installed in our listed building, having chosen CN Glass despite their quote being the most expensive! We felt that the quality of both the product and the company looked superior, and we were not disappointed. The system was well-engineered and unobtrusive in appearance, and the installation team did a very professional job, even though our old cottage presented a few challenges. The result is a cosier home and hopefully reduced energy costs in the future.

Have just had 6 panes of glass replaced needed to have Heritage glass as our house is grade 2 listed. The two chaps that arrived where great did a fantastic job very clean and tidy also replaced putty in other areas.

Rob did a brilliant job repairing my sliding balcony door. It had been faulty for a few years and the engineers sent previously by the building developer had just made it worse. CN Glass will be the first company I call for any future double glazing work.
