Terrible Customer Relations Service
Terrible Customer Relations Service. Having complained about the poor service we received from this company I received a very weak and insufficient explanation. We paid nearly £500 for two very short journeys to and from my daughter’s wedding. I responded on 7 Jul to their email asking for further escalation of my complaint and received an automated email stating they ‘hoped’ to respond in 5 days. Still NOTHING! I am really angry that they only seem to want 5 star reviews and couldn’t care less about bad ones. Shame on you CHC.
Your response was not a thorough investigation- you asked the driver of the coach for his ‘version of events’. Not the 30 people who were on (or in this case not on) the coach. Accept some accountability- on such an important day this coach did not provide the service we expected. Very poor service and a company who refuses to accept responsibility.

On time, air con, comfortable and clean. Also our driver did an excellent piece of reverse driving over a roundabout which meant we were able to safely disembark our children.

I booked the coach with ease no…
I booked the coach with ease no problem. There were 14 in our party going to Frinton with a stop for lunch.
We are all OAPs and needed a lot of help getting on and off, our Driver Barry was very attentive and very patient.
We all had such a great day!!! Thank you all for making our day very special .

No coach turned up at all. Awful
Absolutely disgraceful service. No coach turned up at all, without so much as a explanation or apology, leaving a whole class of children stranded all day and a charity hundreds of pounds out of pocket on emergency train tickets. The company did nothing to resolve this, treating my staff with absolute contempt and rudeness. They then dragged their heels with any response at all, not even offering compensation until pushed and pushed. Horrific. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Good reliable service
No issues with our booking, everything went really well and to plan. Everyone I spoke to during the booking process was very helpful. Only comment I'd make is that the transportation we were sent was a converted bus, not a coach as shown on the pictures online, however this was not a problem for us and fit our requirements. Driver was really reliable.

Great value for money, to start with. 10 ladies on a Hen-do. Umar was so so helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent service overall
Excellent service overall. The coach was lovely, clean and comfortable, and both drivers were friendly and arrived on time for each part of the journey. I’ve knocked one star off for the return trip, as although the air‑con was on, the driver had the window open which made the coach quite hot. Otherwise, a smooth and reliable experience.

Very competitive prices
Very competitive prices. Communication from first contact was brilliant, even with me making alterations nothing was a bother. Abdul our drive arrived early and didn't rush us, he was there for us to return to also. I paid a deposit to allow us to drink on the coach. This was paid back in a timely manner.

Driver failed to show to take my guests…
Driver failed to show to take my guests to my daughter’s wedding. No call, just a no show. Resulting chaos delayed the wedding and caused considerable stress. Do not use this company for anything important as they sub-contract to the lowest bidder. If you read the reviews carefully you will see that they are happy to take credit when things go well, but any negative comments are met with a bland corporate response and no action. Really poor! Ironically, it was CHC who sent me a link to review their service.

Our driver arrived on time
Our driver arrived on time. Tony was very helpful throughout the day. The interior of the coach was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a great day at the David Austin Rose Garden , and returned home in good time.

Extra charges that could have been avoided
Initial journey was fine with no complaints. Coach arrived on time and was clean. Only issue was that on arrival at the airport had to pay £18 for entry/exit to drop off, (This should have been in price)
On return journey. Flight was
Delayed by 1 hour. Company didn’t check the flight for delays and arrived at normal time. This then followed by parking in a different terminal which took the group 40 minutes to walk to.
Due to the 1hour 40minute delay in setting off was changed an extra £50 in cash to pay for the drivers extra hour. Again this should would have been avoided flog flights were checked and the driver had parked nearer the correct terminal. (Owner of the company did speak on the phone and states that coach Hire comparison never provided flight details to them)
