Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing! Price was half of that of a local company. Communication was brilliant and our driver arrived early which was fab as we loaded the car. He then had to put up with us all drunk on the return journey and was an absolute star!! Highly recommend this company and the driver was an absolute legend - Sher Khan amazing driver

The driver was excellent in finding…
The driver was excellent in finding where we were and getting us to our destination. Thought the minibus would have been a bit more ‘luxury’ for what we paid but otherwise can’t complain.

Would definitely recommend
Cheapest comparison and all went perfectly as planned. Driver was reasonable with stops and drop offs. Passenger left their glasses on the bus and the driver posted them back to me with no fuss. Would definitely recommend.

Reliable in the past but no A/C
We have used Coach Hire Comparison many times and would use again. The drivers have always been lovely and usually the coaches have been great. This time, however, our coach did not have working air conditioning and at one point was actually blowing out hot air. The coach felt like an oven and in this heat it felt incredibly uncomfortable. I think this was a one off experience. And this was certainly no reflection on the driver - he did great and was trying to get the A/C to work but couldn't.

Nice 16 seat executive coach picked us…
Nice 16 seat executive coach picked us up - was 10 mins late arriving. The coach was stuffed with the luggage from a womens netball team. Return journey was a 50+ seater coach for 8 of us! Only problem with that was it couldn’t get into our village so we had to walk a few hundred yards - would have been a problem had we had someone with reduced mobility.

Before I start this review, I want customers potentially looking to book with coach hire comparison to understand, THIS COMPANY IS NOT A COACH COMPANY, the are a booking agent who take your money then sub contract the work out to a different coach company. We booked a day trip to Belgium, the coach company they gave the job to where excellent, however when we arrived at Dover port, we were told that the ferry crossing hadn’t been paid for, despite me paying the best part of the £6000 for the trip, instead of refunding me the money they are blaming the mistake on P&O ferries, and are currently investigating what happened, but they will not commit to a full refund as the coach company, that fulfilled there obligations, will not give coach comparison there money back (and I don’t blame them). If you want my advice, do not book through coach comparison, go direct to a reputable coach firm.

Was quoted £380 originally
Was quoted £380 originally. The week after the price increased to £410. Communication was good with the driver, on time and friendly. The bus was red hot and only had 2 little sliding windows so it was unbearable in the 32c heat. Overall it was all good and I will use the company again.

Fantastic service! The driver informed me he would be 5 mins late. He got us to our son’s wedding in plenty of time and the journey home was quietly uneventful after a wonderful day. We couldn’t fault it.
