Booked my hen do transport with Coach hire network and I have to say although we didn’t get to travel due to corona it’s been top class. The hotel refused to give me a refund and I’ve even lost my deposits for my honeymoon trip so the last company I expected to be understanding was the minibus company. I called up expecting the usual nonesense with terms and conditions but before I even finished explaining the advisor told me not to worry and that they would hold my depsosit until I can rearrange the trip and I can use it then. The advisor was lovely, I didn’t catch his name but he was so calm and made me feel so much better. 5 stars - can’t wait to travel with you next year
