Disgusting and Rude Customer Service -- Avoid like the plague!

My wife wanted to buy 4 antique Versailles chairs and, in the middle of a busy day, I fired over a an email enquiry about prices (their website doesn't show prices).

They sent me a very complicated login and password procedure just to get to see their prices
only to find, after 10 minutes if frustration, that the prices were for the whole catalogue and I would have to wade through everything to find what I needed.

Never mind, I understand that some companies don't know anything about how to do business online or how to give specific information to busy people that don't have time to wade through lists and lists of prices.

In frustration, I emailed a short reply asking if they could please only send me the info I requested on this range of chairs.
Actually, this was my exact, word by word email to them:

"Please send prices for only the product range I asked for."

The unbelievable reply was "Don't like your tone, go some ware else".

They couldn't even spell 'somewhere' correctly.
Coach House Antiques don't deserve to be in business by treating
customers in this way.

I will take my business elsewhere, and I suggest by your antiques
from a more friendly company...
If they treat potential customers in this way, who knows what
their after sales service must be like... I dread to think!!!
