We had a great time staying at 1 Grove Stables. I know finances are tight but cost of property stung a bit. Met the cleaner….. she’s fantastic!

Very nice accommodation, good quality cutlery and crockery, very spacious with good outside space, good location. Sofas and floor mats were a bit grubby but on the whole good value for money

great location, great property. Car Parking for 2 cars is available - internet is fast enough to keep all the family happy (as well as streaming on the tv as I brought a firestick with me). Not the cheapest but then the area is expensive - hassle free stay, would stay again, no complaints at all

Fantastic location. Accommodation as described Kitchen very well equipped although very easy to set off fire alarm! Bathroom- a couple of fittings need updating/ sink blocking / toilet difficult to flush at times Felt slightly damp

The location is fabulous but the cottage is ready for some upgrades and a deep clean. The garden is full of weeds and not a pleasant place to spend any time other than to hang out the washing.

Great location and lovely sized cottage. Unfortunately, we found the tiled floor wasn’t clean at all and there were dirty, grimy coloured mats on the floor. We would love to visit again as everything else was great but only if we knew it was fully cleaned.

Our 4th time at Grove Stables which tells you how much we like it. Great position, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Lots to see and do locally, super walks and all plenty of places to eat. Bonus is property has parking.

Kitchen was well equipped but extra mugs would have been useful so one set could be in the dishwasher whilst the other set was being used.

Clean and plenty of space and equipment. No double glazing -felt a bit chilly even with heating on. Couldn't quite get to grips with oven and couldn't find any instructions. Ideally placed for visiting several beaches. Would recommend Dr Benyon's Bug Farm and Whitesands Beach
