Lovely apartment and location overlooking the beach. Close to town centre. The beds are awful and need addressing e.g. new frames and mattresses required. Downside : the deliveries for the bar and restaurant are very noisy with some very early in the morning which wakes you up!
Apartment is lovely. Very comfy. In a great location. Some slight issues regarding standards of cleaning.

Fabulous, spacious, bright Apartment right on the edge of the South Beach, what a great location! We have visited this apartment many times, and keep coming back, its our favourite place. Although it looks a little expensive, its got the great location right on the beach, wonderful views and the fact you have a car park space really does add to a relaxing experience, as Tenby can get very busy in holiday season! Yes we will go again, in fact we have booked for 2026!
16 Waters Edge in Tenby is a lovely apartment in a great location with all the facilities needed. Second stay here & will probably be back next year.

Fabulous spacious apartment, with secure parking, right on South Beach in Tenby. It is an easy (uphill) walk into the town and to a supermarket. And we were lucky to have glorious weather in March. The nearby restaurant could be a source of noise in high season but we weren’t troubled by it. Recommended.

Lovely apartment in an ideal location - direct access to the beach, short walk into Tenby, secure parking, and the apartment itself was well-equipped and very comfortable
Badly needed a good clean,especially in the en-suite which needed a good clean around the base. Cobwebs in all rooms. Over the top technology which most of it was not working. For the price being charged would expect everything to be working. Extractor fans in bathroom not working which meant steamed up bedroom giving the feeling of damp. The exit gate was broken but we were not made aware and relied on a delivery driver who told us about key pad at bottom of drive. Although book does state some things not working, it would have been better to be told in advance rather than find out the hard way .

Unfortunately had to cancel this holiday due to close family bereavement. Coastal Cottages tied to re let the property but it didn’t get booked so lost all our money 😩 Maybe re book another time as looks a superb property in a fantastic location.
Perfect location, luxury accommodation, just a few minor attentions to detail would have made it perfect.
Excellent location on the beach. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with excellent sea views from the lounge and master bedroom. Parking was directly below the apartment and in and both the apartment and car was within a secured area. We stayed in January and the underfloor heating was a bonus as it was very cosy.
