Stables Yard is a great place to stay In the heart of St David's close to all amenities. It is a clean, warm and practical property for a holiday in the area Added bonus is parking for two cars. We will be back.

Nicely furnished, close to amenities, coastal path and bus stops. Cottage was in a busy spot, tucked away with only access through the middle of Pizza restaurant sitting area.

The property is in a fabulous location, in the centre of the city. It was very quiet and there was plenty of room to park. There was a bottle of wine, some milk and Welsh cakes left for us, which was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the showers were roomy, with plenty of hot water. There was even sky Sports available on the tv, so we could watch our team, which normally we would miss whilst on holiday. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The house itself is very good. The problem is the lack of maintenance. Including 7 lightbulbs not working, one was the main light in bedroom 3. The light above the hob was broken with broken glass inside. The back gate catch was broken (50p would fix it). Some of the garden furniture was broken and quite frankly dangerous to sit on. The kitchen equipment was clearly cast off’s. All the knives were blunt. There was no organisation in the kitchen all cupboards had stuff in them so much so that there was nowhere to put shopping. It all needs sorting out. The electrician who eventually came to fix the lights was unable to fix 2 of them in the time available. I did not want an electrician in the kitchen in the evening when I was preparing food. Problem here is a good property great location and parking but everything else has been done on the cheap with a total lack of care and attention to detail. The sofa bed in the living room was also very uncomfortable
