Can't fault the location in Saundersfoot. Very well appointed but a little tired and cluttered. Use of stairs is a large feature of this accomodation so can be an issue with the less nimble amongst us. There is a bit of maintenance required to make all areas and facilities fully safe, eg. the external stairs to the patio. Having said all that I would consider revisiting the accomodation in the future.
We've stayed in various places in Saundersfoot but this was the best by far. Right from the start with the (very) welcome pack to walking through the property to appreciate the views from the lounge which was so well laid out to the spacious kitchen and bedrooms on separate floors to give us privacy as well. We used the top floor as our room while our friends stayed on the bottom floor. Heating was comfortable and with all the facilities it really felt like home from home. All this is be'veefore I mention the USP - the location - great views of the sea and beach to wake up to, the position also meant very little noise to disturb us and plenty of opportunities to get out and walk around the local area and beyond. Exceptional location, bedrooms were very spacious (although beds seemed pretty worn out), facilities were well above average, wonderful views from most of the windows, great balcony (and Juliette balcony), and hopefully the very unpleasant smell in the bottom main bedroom was a one-off due to previous occupants' 'problems.
A beautiful house in a fantastic location. The house was equipped with everything you need. We did have a couple of issues but the housekeeper lived locally and was very helpful.
Location was absolutely perfect. Caretaker, Annmarie was really helpful. A really great house for a family get together for a beach holiday for our grandson. Lots of stairs, just in case you need to know. Useful tips on where to eat from Coastal Cottages too. All in all a great holiday and we hope to return.

A beautiful house in a fantastic location. This was our fourth family visit. We first visited this property in 1998. Ideally situated for the beach and just a short walk to the numerous restaurants in Saundersfoot. They say parking for two cars but you can squeeze three on their drive if small. Property is starting to look a little tired in places but still a fantastic place to spend a few days or a week and bring the family together. Will certainly be planning another visit in the future.
The house and location could not be beaten. We loved it.
My third visit to this lovely house so that probably tells it all. The Location and the house itself are perfect. Always amazingly clean and well presented and located within walking distance to an array of local restaurants and takeaways. No need to use the car as there are amazing walks from the door. Will be back. Thank you.
House is great - location and all facilities provided are great - hence gets 5 stars. But, extend check out time to 10 am. It became 9 am during covid but this no longer necessary and mad rush on last morning to get all members of party sorted and out does rather spoil end to holiday. Owner's literature still says 10 am so go back to this - other cottage companies have done so.
A lovely property in an awesome location right on the beach with many local restaurants close by. Stayed here in March 1998 with my children so it was lovely to return and will do so again. Thank you.

The No 1 prime position directly on to Saundersfoot Beach. Easy parking. Fabulous, roomy accommodation with spectacular views. Ticks all the boxes for a family holiday
