For a family with 4 differently aged children the accommodation was perfect. The garden is such that the older children could enjoy a badminton or football game on the separate lawn, away from a baby and toddler pottering on the nearer grass and /or large patio. There were comfortable options for eating either inside or out. It is walking distance for good beaches so there were no parking issues. A brilliant place.
The house was perfect for our three generation family holiday and was ideally situated within walking distance of Tenby’s beaches, shops and attractions. There were plenty of games for the children and a good sized garden for running around. Everyone loved the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped with every gadget imaginable. In fact there were so many pots and pans there was only one spare cupboard for food. The beds were really comfortable and hot water was plentiful. There were a few things which stop the house being perfect. • It is on a main road which is busy and noisy during the day, although much quieter at night. • A railway runs along the back of the house and trains start quite early in the morning. Again quiet at night. • The house had not been cleaned when we arrived so we had to wait two hours in the garden while the team did the cleaning. Also the bbq had not been cleaned by previous occupants. • The entrance drive is EXTREMELY narrow with poor visibility for pulling out onto the main road. • the upstairs rooms all have laminate ifloors which means the people downstairs hear every footstep above them. All in all it is a lovely house and we made lots of happy memories there.
Very clean, comfortable and warm house. Very well equipped. Impressed that the hot tub was cleaned and refilled after every visit. Would recommend this property.
