Amazing location and comfortable accommodation. The cottage however needs some updating as there are safety issues. The cooker hob is unsafe as there are no instructions that enable you to know the heat of each ring. The owner has obviously listened to other guests about the bright lights on the smoke alarms and has taped them over - this doesn't enable disabled guests to be alerted in an emergency. There were broken fixtures - lamps and unusable items - lights. The ability to follow Wales' recycling rules was impossible without correct bags - not something I packed or was willing to buy. The cottage is tired and in need of updating, cleaning the windows would be an excellent start!

Clean, comfortable and within a stones throw from the beach! Really enjoyed our stay in Broad Haven. Such a beautiful place, with plenty of places you can visit nearby. We’d happily go back in future

A really great location let down by the house having a poor finish, i.e internal doors partially painted, the hob has no numbers left of the dials just a paper diagram on noticeboard, dirt/dust under sofa and beds, blind in the bedroom broken and several light bulbs not working (outside light, light in bathroom over mirror) even though a electrical test carried out day we arrived. Placement of wardrobe also meant couldn't open doors easily. Plughole in bath was blocked but we cleaned this ourselves. Lose panel on gate. Lots of notices about recycling but only one single black bag left so no option to recycle cans etc.

Fantastic location , the cottage was spotless with every thing you could possibly need there . We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back again 5* plus plus !! Thankyou

The furniture in the lounge was dirty and worn out. There were items in the kitchen drawers which were dirty, several of the plates and mugs were dirty and cracked, baking trays in the cupboard were filthy with burnt on grease, the washing up bowl was scratched and worn out to the point we would not use it, the cleaning cupboard was full of dirty damp mops which stank. Up stairs the doors were not painted and as such the primer coat was covered in dirty marks, the bath had a dirty slip mat which was covered in mould and mildew, there was no water pressure on the hot water. There was not a single manual for any of the appliances, TV, cooker, heating system etc. This could be a fantastic cottage if the owners put some time and effort into getting it sorted to better and acceptable standard. Pembrokeshire is a great holiday venue but it's also a long way to get to, had it been closer to home, we probably would have phoned Costal Cottages of Pembrokeshire and cancelled the booking?

Very close to beach, cafe, shop & pub. Secure garden for the dogs. House had everything we needed and was warm - we arrived in a howling January gale. We'd stay again.
