I think if I was going to criticize Dan y Garn it would be that the sunroom has no blinds and whilst that’s fine in cool cloudy weather, as soon as the sun comes out , you can’t sit in there. When we stayed, we had to wear hats and sunglasses in the sunroom even though the temperature outside was only 13-15deg but sunny. It’s a wonderful cottage to stay in other than that- with good kitchen/utensils etc. and comfy living room and bedrooms… ideal stay for a family or 2 couples.

The summer room on the 1st floor is a wonderful addition. The property is warm comfortable and well equipped, so a nice place to stay when the weather isn't so welcoming. The two smaller bedrooms are on the small side and a welcome pack (there was milk) would have been a nice addition. That said it's in a beautiful location and not far from the city or the beaches with walks from the doorstep.

Exactly what is needed for a getaway with all the home comforts you could want. Appreciated the well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and fantastic views from the upstairs lounge and sunroom.

The cottage has an ideal location for St Davids and Whitesands Beach, both we enjoyed. The sun room is really nice, we had hot weather and maybe having some blinds in it would make it better. We enjoyed our stay 😊

We loved staying in this cottage! It’s in the perfect location and having the living / dining /kitchen / sunroom upstairs was just a great design. We’ll be back!

A lovely, well-equipped cottage enjoying a great location with easy access to the coasts of the St David's peninsular. The conservatory with far-reaching views was a bonus. Very comfortable upstairs sitting room and good wifi. Shower excellent and the bath ideal for a good soak. Hope to return soon with family.
