As abovr, s lovely house in a good location, Thr 4-stsr under quality is pn account of limited parking. My Volvo had to be parked elsewhere. Could be improved - remove wall between drive and path?
A lovely big, light and roomy house. Only downside is difficult on-premises parking. My Volvo XC60 too big even for drive.
Lovely house in ideal location
Lovely place to stay, bang in the centre of St David's, well equipped and a real home from home. We parked the car and didn't get in it again for the whole week. The parking space/garage is very narrow for those with bigger cars (not us fortunately) but it's a really lovely place to stay either as a small or bigger group.
Characterful and comfortable house which is ideally located to explore St David's. We loved being able to walk to the shops/pubs/cathedral so easily. Plenty of space for our family of 5 and a lovely usable garden too. The owners have been very thoughtful in how the house is equipped and decorated. As stated in the description, the driveway is small. Our Ford Focus just fitted with a small overhang onto the pavement. Smooth easy booking experience with Coastal Cottages which also helped to provide a relaxing holiday.
Lovely spacious property, everything we needed for a great base for exploring. Would definitely return again and recommend!
Fab house, great character perfect for a family of five
Very nice cottage, close to all amenities. We really enjoyed our stay we will definitely come back and stay again.
Gorwel is a great house to stay in - very light and roomy. The kitchen is well supplied with all the equipment you need - there is even a compost heap in the garden for all the vegetable waste. It is very close to local shops, cafes, restaurants and art galleries. And to the wonderful Pembrokeshire Coastal path with its lovely walks and beaches.
An excellent base for our first trip to St David’s. The cottage was warm, welcoming, well equipped and clean.
Gorwel in St Davids is a fantastic holiday home. A large semi-detached residence with lots of useful rooms, a good kitchen, lovely lounge, and great bedrooms. The location on the high street is great, and no problem with traffic noise in St Davids. The outside areas are really well kept too, and in all it was a brilliant holiday cottage - full of character, yet very practical too. It was also very warm.
Gorwel is a lovely mix of old and new. It's is spacious and a great base to explore St Davids and its surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Our only niggles were the lack of recycling facilities at the property and the tight parking space.
