One of the bedrooms extremely dirty behind the bed which I discovered when looking for a piece of jewellery. Not all the jets working in hot tub. Having said that we had a fantastic holiday and will probably book this property again next year.
Lovely bungalow nice large sized rooms and garden well equipped kitchen Children enjoyed the den with huge tv and board games Only negative comment is that it could do with a deep clean visible areas we’re clean but behind sofas and under beds were very dusty especially as it was the start of the holiday season in saying this we would still return perfect location for visiting beautiful Pembrokeshire Also shout out to the ship that made us very welcome children and dogs included we especially enjoyed bingo and great pizzas
Following several previous successful visits to Pembrokeshire using this company and experiencing a delightful stay, it is with great disappointment to review this cottage as a substandard experience. The ‘narrow’ drive is a nightmare. We popped a tyre on arrival (cost to fix £270) and the lovely man who came to sort the problem damaged his wing mirror. The Asda delivery driver refused to enter the lane as he didn’t feel his van would fit. We had to transport the food delivery by hand and parked on the side of the road for the rest of the week. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate but the window ledges and floors were grubby and full of cobwebs. The completely broken hoover was a sign of substandard cleaning. The company did offer to send someone out but who on Earth wants to watch their accommodation being cleaned following their arrival! The final element to this experience was the water pump which vibrated noisily and constantly, day and night, whenever water was drawn. We also ‘lost’ hot water on several occasions until the company finally gave instructions as to the whereabouts and use of an immersion switch. Coastal Cottages response to all of the above was an apology and a £100 voucher for future bookings. Needless to say, we have refused the voucher and will be booking with a different company in future. What a huge disappointment during what was a very much needed break!

Cottage was great size for our party with an excellent garden with superb views. Didn’t appreciate having to wash hot tub towels when no washing detergent provided.
Everything we needed in a beautiful area. Dog friendly, but not thoroughly cleaned of pet hair between rentals in the main sitting room. Needs recycling facilities.
A lovely cottage in a little village with a pub which served great food and a little beach where the dogs could enjoy the sea. Good walks along the costal path. The cottage had great parking and we loved having the two sitting rooms to relax in at the end of the day. We enjoyed the garden which was large and secure for our 2 dogs

The cottage itself and its situation was lovely. It was close to the coast and plenty of lovely restaurants. Garden was a great size and inside space perfect. However I think owners need to pay a little more attention to their cleaning regime; my daughter found a tablet in childrens bedroom and I found a pair of sunglasses under bedside cabinet. The little area off kitchen by back door was obviously a bit damp and paint was flaking off the walls. The skirting boards had little ledges on the top and all of them could definately have done with cleaning. Our grandchildren are only young and when it came to washing their clothes our daughter found the washing machine smelt awful and definately needed a good clean. We did enjoy our stay but really we should not have to clean a washing machine or indeed coffee machine before we used them.
This is a lovely house in lovely area, views are lovely from the back of the house. The local coast line is stunning and village has lovely feel with great pub (Ship Inn). The house has lots of books and DVDs to entertain yourself, kitchen is well kitted out. Lounges are comfortable although could be a bit snug if you had 6 people staying. There are some issues that really need sorting out with the house, there is a damp issue in some of the rooms with water in some instances dripping down walls and causing mould (this looked to have been cleaned so should have been noticed) Then there is an issue with noise, the house has a pump for mains water pressure but it is so loud when someone runs a trap you can’t hear the tv. Didn’t really bother us for a week but had our children been younger I could see this would be really annoying. Hot Tub was nice once it heated up (was cold on arrival and took overnight to warm up). Tv in one of the rooms had no remote so couldn’t be used other than to play dvds. The drive to the property is very tight, Not for the nervous driver!!
Really easy to book online. At first glance the property was lovely, clean etc, however now the covid restrictions have been removed I think it would be helpfull to have welcome booklets back in properties again. Where is the fuse box, when is bin day, recycling info, etc. There seemed to be a shortage of hot water so once one person had had a bath (not even quarter full) there was no hot water for the rest of the day! There were many chipped plates, no kitchen space for our food, no remote for one TV (so assumed this was just a movie tv/room) The double bed was uncomfortable and noisy so ended up in a single bed! The back garden was secure for if you had dogs staying with you, plus there were bowls, treats there incase you needed to use them. Overall we had a alright stay but wouldn't book this cottage again.
Beautiful cottage in a lovely location to explore Pembokeshire. Great for dogs, fabulous garden and hot tub. Gorgeous furnishings including Melin Tregwynt products.

Great location within a 10 min walk to a most wonderful piece of coastline and placed in a pleasant village. A short walk to a dog-friendly and meal-serving pub made this a perfect spot. The narrow access-lane made for an 'interesting' arrival in a wide car. A well presented property which will be outstanding when the kitchen and shower room match the standard of the rest of the bungalow.
A wonderful holiday had, the driveway is very narrow if you drive a large vehicle, we would have appreciated knowing that in advance, it may have made us book somewhere different. The electrics kept fusing, hopefully that will get sorted soon. The beds were extremely comfortable, something that's important to me. We'd originally planned to take two dogs with us but they didn't come in the end, I was relieved as everywhere is white/cream and as much as you try to keep dogs in certain rooms and under control, it's not always easy, so I would've worried about that. The garden is a wonderful place to start or finish your day, if you're a hottub fan, it's an ideal setting, we didn't use it as it had been added after we'd made our booking and we didn't want to pay the extra charge as we wouldn't have got our moneys worth. Overall we had a wonderful holiday, coastal cottages never dssappoints.
