The cottage was immaculate, spacious and had everything we needed. It is ideally located with plenty of things to do within 30 minutes drive. We would definitely like to return!
We have stayed in quite a few Airbnb's and this has to rate up with the best of them. But this was actually the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The lodge and the location was fantastic. Just outside the lovely town of Narberth we were able to visit so many places, Tenby, Saundersfoot, Pendine, Freshwater, the Lily Ponds, and the wonderful beach at Barafundel. We stayed with our Newfoundland dog who settled in so well he didn't want to leave! Finally, thank you to Shelley and Graham for being such great hosts, with recommendations on places to go and helping us to arrange our return next year. So if you have come across this wonderful property, don't hesitate to book, you will be very glad you did! Sherrie, Graham & Teddy
Beautiful and very quiet location. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Impeccably clean and well equipped. Well located to access Narbeth, Tenby and the great walks and beaches on the Pembrokeshire coastline.
We had a fabulous, relaxing break in this beautiful lodge. So well placed for all the best places in Pembrokeshire and a delight to return to at the end of each day exploring. We walked, swam, enjoyed beautiful beaches and lovely cafes and pubs. We really hope to return again soon.
An exceptional lodge, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and in a peaceful location. Shelley and Graham are great hosts. The gardens are both secure which is fantastic if you bring a dog. Definitely a lodge we’d come back to!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lodge. It was so clean and well equipped, in the perfect location for exploring some beautiful locations within close reach. The kids loved it and we would highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at Hafod y Coed lodge and Shelley &;Graham were lovely hosts. The lodge is very clean, bright and airy with all you need for a great holiday. We were blessed with amazing weather which helped, but the lodge is in a great position to explore the Pembrokeshire coast and beaches, many of which are dog friendly.
Second stay here, fabulous hosts, lovely clean and well presented accomodation. Great location to tour all over the south west wales. We will be back.
Beautifully peaceful and great location. Equipped to a good standard and dog friendly. Hosts very helpful without being intrusive. Welcome items well selected. We were lucky enough to be able to sit outside at times in early March- a real bonus. Follow up from hosts excellent as we needed soem items returned that we had left.
Very comfortable cottage, clean, with all the amenities you need. Shelley and Graham, the owners, made us feel welcome and it was an excellent start to our holiday. The location was ideal for visiting the many castles and attractions (including the walks) in the area. Highly recommended and we would stay there again.
Lovely clean lodge and friendly owners! Just one niggle- one bath towel for the entire week which wasn’t hygienic at all. I’m sure no one uses one bath towel for the week at home. It was raining all week so we couldn’t wash any that would dry in time. The owner did give us one extra towel after we asked which was kind. The twin bedroom was also very hard for an adult to sleep on-it seemed more like a child’s bed so had to cover this with 2 duvets to make it comfier. Overall perfect location and would definitely come here again.
This was our first visit to Pembrokeshire and we just loved the area, with great beaches and walks in close proximity to where we were staying. The lodge itself was fantastic with great facilities inside and out, set in a fabulous location. We would highly recommend this property.
We found this property to be a perfect place to base ourselves for a week in Pembrokeshire - the property was modern, spacious and clean, there is plenty of room for 4 people plus our energetic dog who had a large enclosed garden to run around in. The location was quiet & peaceful (which was exactly what we were looking for) but local amenities were only 10-15 mins drive away. We would absolutely recommend this property.
We had a very enjoyable stay. The lodge was very clean, comfortable and the bottle of wine was very much appreciated as we arrived very late. Shelley and Graham lovely, around if you needed them. Much more to explore, Pembrokeshire has such a beautiful coastline. We will be back!
