Great and roomy living accommodation for a couple or a small family. Good village location (with friendly pub and shop) nearby Tenby and many amazing beaches and coast path walks. Only improvement would be facilities enabling household recycling and the house manual which is out of date or could be improved in 3 areas (boiler instructions refer to a previous boiler, guidance on how to use heating and hot water (we used boost when we needed hot water), reference to pub which closed down 18 months ago, parking space).

Cottage was in a good location and attractive from the front, however there were a number of points that could easily be fixed, let it down. Beautiful bathroom, but no wall mirror and no towels. Good sized bedrooms but the beds were uncomfortable and the blinds inadequate; you want to be able to have a little lie on holiday, but with the light streaming in through the budget blinds, you've no chance of that in this cottage! The back garden is overlooked (despite it being described as private) was really poor and needs some urgent attention. Furniture needs replacing as does the mat which has totally disintegrated, why this wasn't noted by the 'cleaner' is just puzzling. Mind you going by the number of cobwebs, weeds and dog poo outside it's clear this has not been touched in a while. Maybe if less money had been spent on all the seaside ephemera and more on the necessities the cottage would be a better place to stay.

St. Florence is always a lovely spot to return to! Lilac Cottage is well equipped, clean and bright. Bedding is provided. Small gated garden at the front, Decked, small back garden. Coastal Cottages staff are always helpful and professional if you have any questions. A wonderful stay as always!

Lovely cottage very well presented . All you need for cooking and eating at home . comfortable beds . Most suitable for four adults considering sitting room arrangements. Full Breakfast Hamper ordered from Coastal cottages was really excellent . Sadly we cannot recommend nearby pubs for eating out .
