Love the location and layout of the house for 3 generations away together for a week. Some of the utensils need updating and it would have been nice to have a bbq in the garden . Cleaners need to clean white goods or at least sign to say to occupants to clean items after use for hygiene and safety. Would love to stay here again and thank you to agents for supplying bottled water when the house was off water for a day because of leak locally .

A lovely modern property with great access to the beach and local amenities. Spacious and generally clean but could do with some more stringent quality checks between guests. For us the hot tub hadn't been maintained and there were utensils which were dirty in the cupboards. However, Coastal Cottages customer support was great, organised someone to come and fix the hot tub promptly and refunded days we couldn't use it. Generally just some tlc around the place would make this 5 stars, such as a lick of paint and trimming back of the trees and brambles in the garden, especially around the hot tub. Overall would definitely recommend the property and area as a whole.

Great location - beach easily walkable from this well appointed and comfortable house. This place made a great base for a multi- generational family holiday and was very safe for our 2 small dogs. Good amenities in Broad Haven and plenty of places to visit further afield. Coastal cottages staff were very helpful in managing any issues.

Loved Lions Head. Location, quality and surroundings. We were blessed with sun every single day so made the most out of our stay. Plenty of room and even better being able to bring along our dogs. Stunning house in a beautiful state of decor. A wonderful location for families of all ages to come together. Broad Haven is beautiful but the steep hill up to the house would be limiting for some. Dealing with the refundable bond payment took some edge off the joy for me though.

Loved Lion's head. Perfect for a family holiday with 2 dogs. The fully enclosed garden was great for them. House was beautiful and extremely well equipped. The property's location is excellent, only a 5 min walk from the beach. Enjoyed sitting in the hot tub star gazing. Would highly recommend Lion's Head

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY OR USE COASTAL COTTAGES PEMBROKESHIRE! We entered the property just after 4pm on the check in day, we looked around the property and noticed the very poor condition it had been left in. The property overall was left in an unsatisfactory condition with a number of spiders, webs, hair, dust, stains and dirt etc. Alongside this, it was a struggle to shut and open the front door as the top hinge is loose. We contacted them soon after entering the property regarding the condition and left it over an hour before chasing as we had not brought our belongings in, however they were not able to locate their own cleaner/caretaker so we had to clean the property ourselves. They organised for a door specialist to visit the property to repair the front door which took place on the Monday, over two days after we had checked in so we had to struggle opening and shutting the door during this time. There was a hot tub located on the property for guests to use however after witnessing the cleanliness and overall condition of the house we decided not to risk our health! As we are aware hot tubs can be a breeding ground for bacteria etc. Due to the condition of the property we decided to leave the day before check out as it ruined our yearly holiday away. We were offered a small amount of compensation which did not cover 1 night stay. We have dealt with and used Coastal Cottages for over 20 years and it is safe to say the overall standard has dramatically deteriorated to one which is not acceptable! Due to this experience, we have decided we shall not be using their services and instead we will use the more reliable Airbnb which offers clear information for a better rate, cleanliness and overall experience.
