Facilities good, all that you need. Great location with beach, shop and pub within short walking distance.
Despite its name “Little Mead” is far from little, it’s very roomy, comfy, yet cosy. Everything about “Little Mead” is quality and its location is ideal, very very close to the beach and the Amroth Arms pub where we had a lovely Sunday lunch. It’s also ideal for touring Pembrokeshire, Tenby, Saundersfoot, and Narberth are within easy reach.
2nd visit. 2 lovely weeks, with glorious weather. We love the location and being able to be by the sea and cafes etc. in minutes. Plenty of room for the 2 of us. Mid week bedding changeover worked well this visit. However, this is the only holiday property company we've dealt with that charge for towels, especially when we are 2 people, not 4, and not using beds/bedding in the 2nd bedroom.
Perfectly located, lovely cottage. We always enjoy our stay here.
The back door is still a nightmare to lock! 3 or 4 times to try & lock it. Needs looking at. Absolutely lovely location. Needs hoovering under the beds. Lots of dust & grit. However will definitely come back again. Perfect location, lovely friendly village & amazing beach.
We found it very warm, comfortable and well equipped. Only a short walk to the beach and sea views made it very enjoyable.
Well equipped cottage, spacious and very clean. Perfect location for ambles along the beach or coastal walks in both locations. Note: low doorways and stairway so mind your head!
We had a superb 2 week stay at Little Mead. The cottage was clean and well equipped. The location was a real bonus and we often just stayed around Amroth. We would love to stay here again. I would've given 5*, but Coastal cottages let us down twice. We were promised a call back about problems with working the T.V and also a change of bedding mid holiday. Neither were followed through and there was a bit of buck passing between different agents.
We had a lovely week at Little Mead which is a comfortable, well equipped and situated in a great location. It was really nice to be so close to the sea/beach and there are good local amenities. It also is well situated for exploring other parts of the beautiful county of Pembrokeshire - we hope to return one day.
The house was lovely, cosy, comfortable and clean. It had everything you could need in terms of facilities and equipment if you wanted to cook. Being so close to the sea front was ideal.
Lovely house, just a hundred yards from Amroth beach. Good to have one full bathroom and a shower room. Had another great week there. Very comfortable a home from home.
Lovely location and the facilities in the cottage were excellent, everything you ever need on a self catering holiday. The pub, Amroth Arms, just a short walk from the cottage was a surprise, the food was delicious and the staff were very attentive too.
This was a beautiful cottage in a beautiful location. Suitable for disabled if there had been hand rails in the walk in bathroom / shower. This was a great asset.Great base for the area and lovely views of the sea from most rooms.A lovely place to stay.
Little Mead is an excellent cottage in a wonderful location less than 3 minutes walk to to the beach. The accommodation has everything you need, is comfortable with plenty of space. Would highly recommend it.
Very comfortable stay for three adults end of June 23. Lots of room with a large lounge and dinning room. WiFi excellent. Very close to the sea front (100 metres) and the very good Amroth Arms pub, which we used several times for evening meals. Offroad parking good for two cars (or in our case one car and a motorcycle). Drive steep at the end and quite narrow. Chose to back the car in, which was tricky at first, but OK by the end of the week. All the doorways were about 1.74 metres (5'8"1/2) so I banged my head several times during the week. (Should have kept the crash helmet on!) The double bed was somewhat narrower than we were used to, so a bit uncomfortable at first. TV signal was too weak for HD but fine on SD. Didn't use it much anyway. Super sea views from every room (except kitchen). All in all an excellent stay, highly recommended, would use again. Upstairs shower very good on combi boiler.
Lovely cottage in an ideal location for the sea front at Amroth.
Little Mead is a delightfully modernised cottage in a quiet situation close to the seafront. It has everything needed for a self catering holiday in the pleasant resort of Amroth. The beds are very comfortable and overall we had a restful and relaxing stay which recharged the batteries really well. Guests over 6 feet should remember to duck when walking through every doorway however, but those who are vertically challenged will be fine. Minor problems were dealt with efficiently by Coastal Cottages
Little Mead is a super place to stay. It is light, airy and clean. It is set in a quiet part of the village, but close to the amenities. I would definitely love to stay there again.
