A lovely house and garden . The stairs was a little steep and would benefit if a hand rail was fitted. The driveway was steep, and had a difficult turn, which meant you had to drive over a central grass area, which you couldn’t help but scruff up.

One of the best cottage’s I have stayed in and when it states dog friendly it is dog friendly. The garden is very safe for dogs the property is very well equipped and nice and cosy and it is situated in a close radius to all amenities.a little suggestion is a hand rail up the stairs not good for unsteady legs .one negative is the exit out of the property very dangerous exit on to the main road. Looking forward to returning.

Convenient and quiet location, good living space and well equipped. Very pleasant garden with plenty of outdoor furniture (which is rare). Good secure garden for dogs.

This is the second time staying at Llys Bonfyl, the first being a few years ago. The extension to the kitchen area and shower room make it even more wonderful. Such a lovely, quiet cottage packed with everything you could need - great for a rainy October half term! It’s lovely to be so close to Cardigan and Poppit Sands too. Will definitely look to stay again.

The house and garden are lovely and the location is great. A easy downhill stroll to the excellent shop, chip shop, cafe, flour mill (bread flour purchased, again), Abbey ruins and Tuesday market. When we weren’t out and about (and there’s a lot of “out and about” to do!) we spent all our time in the beautiful kitchen diner with the doors open to the garden - perfect for the dogs. Highly recommended.

Great large house, well equipped kitchen. Loved the childrens playroom and toys like dolls house. It’s in a quiet location yet close to various activities. We loved Poppit beach.

A beautiful house with a lovely garden set in the gorgeous village of St Dogmaels near Cardigan. Local beaches close by, which were uncrowded and unspoilt. Kitchen facilities excellent and was the other amenities in the house. Totally recommend.

Really clean, lovely house with everything you might need. Short drive to Poppit sands and short walk into St Dogmaels and local pubs, chippie and Abby ruins. House is positioned on a fairly steep hill, but doable for most. Some lovely coastline. Would highly recommend.
