Whilst the accommodation was in a beautiful location we found the property cool and felt damp as it got very little sun during the day and needed updating. The entrance to the coach house from the street was very narrow but luckily we had a small car.

Exactly as described. Richard and Hazel are friendly and welcoming and on hand if you need anything, but not invasive to privacy. Well equipped accommodation. Great views. Perfectly located, I only took the car out once during my one week stay.

The property is in a stunning location, and if , like us, you are into walking and birdwatching, you couldn't go to a better place ! The owners, Dick and Hazel, are really friendly, and extremely helpful..we have been several times now, and have always had a really lovely week..

The location is stunning, and the property has all you need..even emergency towels when we realised we had forgotten ours..! Dick and Hazel are lovely and very helpful.. We have stayed at Lower Coach House 3 times now (it's super walking country) and hope to come back again..

We had a relaxing and restful week at the Lower Coach House. The owners were welcoming and very helpful, especially in collecting and returning us to the station. Located moments from the main centre of town everything is at hand including some lovely local walks as well as buses to other places like St Davids. We booked at short notice, needing a peaceful break and weren’t disappointed. Coastal Cottages staff were efficient and helpful during the booking process and we’d recommend them over large impersonal agencies.

Lovely flat, with everything in it we needed; we really appreciated the wine and cakes left for us. There were fantastic views and outside areas. In a great position to access upper and lower Fishguard, the old fort and Goodwick etc. on foot. Hazel and Dick the hosts we're absolutely lovely, helpful and friendly and told us fantastic stories about Fishguard in the past. We'd love to return.

The location was key to this property. Amazing view down to the harbour. Felt like you were in the middle of the country but in reality, 2 minutes from the center of Fishguard. Great walks straight from the door and short drives to amazing beaches. The owners were lovely, friendly and attentive without intrusion. I didn't have a dog but it is very dog friendly. I did find dog hairs and a few spidery cobwebs, but nothing that phased me. Loved my stay and would go again.
