Stayed at Lower Deck at the end of March for a week. 5 stars all the way. Accommodation was amazing, everything was clean and tidy. Location fantastic. We would definitely recommend staying at Lower Deck. We will definitely be coming again. Thank you so much for an amazing holiday. Love Joanne, Paul and (Bailey our dog)

Lower Deck is one of the best locations for a stay in Tenby with harbour views opposite and the beach to the back of the property. Permit parking bays are very convenient. The front garden is an absolute sun trap from lunchtime onwards and seems several degrees warmer - ideal for relaxing with a bottle of fizz and nibbles. We had breakfast several mornings on the back patio which was warm and uplifting with direct views of the beach and both lifeboat stations. Kitchen is fine, sofas a little worn. One of our biggest gripes (and this happens frequently with holiday rentals) is substandard bedding. The pillows were worn and had maybe been washed resulting in lumpy pillows. Each season should see fresh pillows in our view. The property is a little dark inside but the location with the beach and town just outside the door is superb. We’ve stayed here three times to date and no doubt will be back

The location of Lower Deck is great and we really appreciated being able to bring our dog. There were 2 small issues, there are not enough mugs and glasses and those that are there don’t match. It’s really annoying when you’re on holiday having to hand wash crockery. Also, we were only supplied with two poor quality towels, no hand towels for use in the downstairs bathroom when using the loo or after a shower with wet hair.

We enjoyed our stay at Lower Deck, excellent location but just 4 stars as we found the accommodation quite cramped and dark and the bedroom awkward with poor quality of bed linen and pillows especially, The front yard needed a good sweep and attention.

What a fantastic property and I think we were lucky to get a booking there. Perfect for a couple or perhaps two adults and a child. Everything was finished to a very high standard and was comfortable. However, the thing that really sets Lower Deck apart, is the location. Breakfast on the back terrace in the sunshine overlooking the sea and lifeboat station - even seeing a launch on one day (just training!), was just sublime. Then the lovely sun-trapped courtyard overlooking the harbour in the evening, watching the world go by. I wouldn't be at all surprised if we return to this lovely properly.

Full five stars for a fabulous location but general internal decor doesn't live up to it. In particular, the bedding needs an upgrade, as do the outdoor soft furnishings, particularly as the outdoor terraces are one of the property's best features.

Great location, very close to pubs, restaurants, beaches and shops. Parking close to cottage. Well appointed, warm and a nice welcome pack. Only marked down because of very small uncomfortable bed which sags in the middle meaning one of us had to sleep in the spare bed. Other than that a very welcoming cottage.
