Minim cottage was set in a lovely location in Saundersfoot, with a fabulous sea view from the back garden. It was a short walk to the town and beach. The cottage was excellently equipped, with a range of utensils in the kitchen, access to a washing machine and line, and outdoor seating. Kitchen equipment was easy to use e.g., microwave and oven. A little dusting would have been helpful but overall the cottage was clean and incredibly comfortable for a family of four.

In a great location only 4 minutes walk to the town. There are lots of places to eat and if you want to get a bus near the bus stop. Our only real complaint about the e cottage was it was very dirty, dust everywhere. Lamps shades, skirting boards and the bath was really thick,I don't think it had been used in a while and was just given a glance over. I have asthma and so not too good a couple of days. Would I stay again yes as long as the cleaning was done and carpets hovered properly and the damp on walls looked at.

Location was great. Unfortunately the cottage was not so great. The property was tatty in places, particularly the back yard and the interior carpets. There were loose pavers in the backyard and there were staples protruding from the worn stair carpets. One of my children cut their heel on a staple. The house smelt of stale cigarettes. There was nicotine staining on sockets and light fittings. The bathroom sinks and shower were very slow to drain and the shower head kept drooping. It was like staying in an old persons house. We loved the location but were really disappointed at the quality of the property.

Great location for views and proximity to town, however not suitable for families with small children or disabilities due to upstairs bathroom access and unsafe paving in the garden. Beware precipitous drop between drive and front garden.

The best point about this cottage is the location. The view from the living room, but especially the bedroom is beautiful, even when the sun isn’t shining. When we arrived there was a lady doing the garden who said she’d checked the house when the cleaner had been in and went over a few things. She said there wasn’t any hand soap in the kitchen or the bathroom and was sorry about that. We don’t think the house had had a thorough clean for a while as there was a fair amount of dust/cobwebs in the bedrooms, particularly under the beds (putting suitcases under there). In the downstairs bathroom the shower was very uncomfortable to use as immediately it was switched on it emitted a very loud high pitched noise which could be heard all over the house (a potential trigger for our ND child and certainly not relaxing) and the shower head kept flopping down. There were a couple of sharp spikes/nails sticking out of the risers on at least two of the stairs which were painful if you caught them and caused holes in socks. Although the house was comfortable overall, we felt it could do with some TLC and a bit of a brightening up in places to make it look more appealing. One of the reasons we’d chosen it was because of the summerhouse, which looked fabulous. Unfortunately it was also full of cobwebs and spiders and was very unwelcoming so we never used it.

This was a lovely place to stay for our visit to Saundersfoot .Close to beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. Beautiful view from the front bedroom. Nice large dining area and excellent kitchen. The stairs were a bit of a challenge. ( We are three seniors in very good physical shape) but we got used to them. It would be nice if towels, soap and toilet paper were provided. The spacious, private outdoor area was lovely.

Well presented, clean, spacious living area with a glimpse of the sea and a well fitted kitchen but it is an old building at heart with several low door frames to catch the unwary tall guest and a very awkward step down into the bathroom at the top of the narrow, twisty stairs. Not suitable for small children but it does say that in the brochure! Lovely to have the washing machine and drying line in the back yard and patio table/chairs - a little sun trap but the 'summerhouse' could really do with replacing - we didn't feel we could use it safely.

A very comfortable cottage in a great location, easy walking into Saundersfoot. Perhaps a file with instructions/advice would be useful. Operational instructions for the TV, appliances and heating, what buses operate from the town, suggested eateries, etc.

Great cottage, in a perfect location. A very homely feel with a modern kitchen. We loved the garden house, which we used when just a little chilly to sit outside. Cons: the shower, although working was a little tempremental, so we ended up using the bath, which was fine.

Property lacked information pack. We only found key to sunroom as we packed up to leave on last day. Property needed some redecoration in areas.
