Wonderful location with fantastic views. Our party (of 4) spent 2 weeks there over Christmas and New Year. The weather was dry however cold. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is exceptional large and was difficult to keep warm (additional oil filled radiators in the lounge and the downstairs bedroom). On a positive note the views from all the rooms was outstanding. We had a peaceful relaxing stay, enjoying valuable 'family time'. Criticisms: - Access drive to property 'badly rutted'. - Needed to vacuum cobwebs from bedroom - Dogs are allowed however only on the ground floor, which comprised of the utility room, foyer and bedroom (dogs not allowed). Not really what one would want for ones precious pets. This property would be a fantastic stay during the Spring/Summer months - not one we would return to in Winter.

Spectacular views and generous accommodation. This place is unique. We kept asking ourselves why a place made entirely of wood and glass could feel so homely. In fact, we felt we had come home. To sit on the deck with a coffee or a glass of something, is to be mesmerised by the constantly changing views. The sweep up from the river channel through the estuary and up to a glimpse of the sea lifts your heart. The tides mean that the view fluctuates from mud dotted with tilting boats to a lake right in front of you. I counted 25 x different bird songs and we always rushed to the windows when we heard the Canada geese honking their arrival, it was hard to leave. It is well equipped and thoughtfully filled with books and games. The kitchen has everything you need.

Good points:Beautiful property in a stunning location Breathtaking views- plenty of space clean and comfortable property. Bad points: Not really dog friendly as they are restricted to a small ground floor area- Driveway approach tricky for lower vehicles due to materials used definitely improvements needed there.

Amazing place! The house was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped with the most amazing views of the estuary. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We had such a lovely holiday here.
