Good location for the view over to Caldey Island and you need to be fit to walk a steep narrow gravel track up the hill to the property - Parking is available right outside and easy to turn. Good standard of decor and overall a pretty location and ideal for a couple stay

Great location, cottage was in need of some TLC. It appeared to have not had a proper clean in some time, some appliances were faulty and crockery not checked for damage. Would come back to the area but we wouldn't book this cottage again.

The property was as expected HOWEVER the outside area was DIRTY !Full of weeds .photos showed outside seating in both areas this was not the case it was most disappointing as we chose the property with the exception of being able to eat outside and enjoy the view

Great location but a little difficult to find initially. Nicely renovated inside, comfortable and functional which contrasts the simple look from the outside. We hardly used the car, walking several times to Tenby along the beach. There are 3 different places within walking distance for dinner/drinks. Can highly recommend.

It was a nice little cottage with a lovely view. However the bathroom was in need of a good deep clean. A simple win would be to replace the shower mat and shower screen strip. The rest of the cottage was good. Outside the raised patio to the front would benefit from some TLC as for me the selling point was the view. If you are not fit probably not a good choice for walking as it is at the top of a steep rough lane.

Cottage is tired and in need of some care and attention. Bathroom bin had not been emptied on arrival, and was full of hair and used tissues, blind was also broken. No outdoor furniture as described on website. Outside area had not been swept or tidied. The only outdoor cushions for the back patio were dirty and unusable.Bathroom towels had seen better days and were thin and inadequate. Shame as cottage is in a good area and comfortable Beware the access road up to the cottage if you have a nice car as it is full of potholes

Nice place with good views, approach very narrow but very little traffic, lots of good equipment, two small patios that catch the sun morning then evening, needs some care and attention on minor issues, three of five blinds need repair or replacement as they only partly work, broken light bulb still OK in room but if other light bulb goes there is a problem, main issue is that the bathroom is very cold due to a ceiling down draft from fan that can't be turn off, towel rail not enough to compensate, bit like a boarding school shower room you want to stay in the shower because getting out is not nice. We would got again if this last point changed, and hopefully the minor points refreshed

Great location for Tenby, Skrinkle Bay & Manorbier. Great value for money. It's best advised to park at the bottom of the hill by the church as this accommodation is up a very steep access road.

The grapes needs updating kitchen and bathroom are tired. And the general cleaniness needs to be looked at.

All was good with the cottage but the lane access to the cottage very narrow, very bumpy from holes and uneven surface. Disgraceful. Not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. Steps inside and outside were very steep. Could do with more hand rails . Overall, the cottage was very nice with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The unmade access track was very rough. The duvet was too small for the bed. No bulbs in the bedside lamps. The shower head fixing to the wall was not secure. Despite these, we made it comfortable and enjoyed our holiday.

Cottage is in a perfect location. Just a shame it looked a little tired inside the steps into the bedroom hadn’t been cleaned and the garden was overgrown with weeds and brambles. Lacking some attention to detail

Lovely little cottage with sea views, very well equipped and not far from the beautiful beach which was a nice walk into Tenby. It is a steep track to get to it but not a problem once you get used to it and easy to park at the top. Nice touch with the welcome teas and coffees and fresh milk and Welsh cakes. Just a shame the outside was not weeded and kept a bit more tidy otherwise10 out of 10, had a great week there.
