Nice and quiet, comfortable beds and location about 10-15mins walk to town centre. Enjoyed our stay.

lovely accommodation
Lovely stay and great location. Only issue was there was not much information on the steam room / sauna / gym / spa facilities - steam room was not in use when we visited and was not made aware of this. My relatives in Sovereign suite also booked onto the spa whilst we were staying and the facilities were not running when they turned up for their slot and were not made aware of this beforehand, resulting in them not being able to use the spa at all - communication with regards to this could've been better. But overall a lovely time, thank you :)
Fantastic holiday home. We had a great time. Thank you.
Lovely property with everything you need. Nice decor. Comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms were useful. Lovely garden with countryside views. Garden furniture needed some attention. Toilet seats need replacing as stained. Overall an impressive property.
Sofas need throws, as every time you sit on them more of the sofa flakes off. The weather was fantastic and we had to use the single quilts as the large quotas too heavy. It would have been nice to have been left a pint of milk as shops are a few minutes away. Garden furniture could have been wiped over as well. It would be useful to have information concerning keys, what to do with them when leaving etc. but a very quiet and peaceful venue.
The cottage was once a very nice property, but sadly it's a little tired now. It’s in a lovely setting and has a wonderful lounge/kitchen upstairs. The most frustrating problem with our stay was the very poor water pressure. Showering was a challenge if someone ran a tap upstairs or flushed a toilet! The holiday site was undergoing some improvements, so the owners are trying, however, nobody bothered greeting us when we arrived and didn't respond to the water pressure problem. Still, with a few improvements this cottage could be a great place to stay.

Could not have been better.
We were delighted with property, we were disappointed at the time we could get into the property. We have been coming down to the Saundersfoot and Amroth area for over 45 years, in that time for getting into the properties as gone from 11.00am to 4.00pm in the afternoon, hence losing a day of the holiday. We have always been accommodated by the owners to either drop of our bags or to go into the property’s once cleaned. The property owner this time was not so accommodating even though we had been told by one of the workers there that the property was ready, on phoning the owner he was told that we had to come back at 4.o’clock. When you have travelled for over 3 hours and you are unable to drop off bags so you can go and get groceries it was very disappointing. I accept that it’s unreasonable to be given access if the property as not been cleaned, but as I said the time for getting into properties is getting out of hand and needs to be looked at given that getting out of the property as got earlier.
