Lovely cottage and location and would love to stay there again. Just a couple of very minor gripes. Dirty plates had been put away unwashed in the kitchen cupboards. The garden does need some attention, for example, the grass needed cutting and some paths etc are becoming overgrown with weeds. Appreciate it must be difficult to garden with people staying there. The telescope in the lounge did not work as the lens was broken. It looked as though a previous guest had knocked it over. I presume the owner is unaware of this. But these are very minor issues and would definitely recommend Treetops.

Absolutely loved our holiday! Perfect and peaceful location with amazing views. Lydstep beach so close by and very picturesque headland walks just a few minuets from the house. House layout suited our family of 7 adults and 1 baby, plenty of room and very well equipped kitchen. Would love to return one day! (Just a little confusing with the recycling due to bin colours not co-ordinating with instructions, also not placed where instructions said they were.)

As we cancelled the holiday due to health reasons and we have not received the cancellation email as promised we did not expect to receive a questionnaire on the property hence we have given a poor rating and won’t be using this company again.

Treetops is in a great location with sea views from the property and a short walk from the coastal path, lovely headland walk and the beach at Lydstep, albeit the road is private and a very steep walk. Slightly further afield Tenby with its beaches and shops, Narbeth for independent shops, cafes etc, Pembroke castle (birthplace of Henry vii) and Stackpole court are only a short drive away. As to the property itself, obviously what was once a loved home has now sadly become somewhat neglected. The clue was in the dead leaves greeting us by the door and in the area between the drive and the house. It is perhaps one of the best equipped places we have stayed, the kitchen has a good oven and gas hob and an American style fridge freezer there is even a Nespresso machine. The worktops, crockery etc were all clean but one of the cupboards had to be wiped out. Other areas were also quite dusty and cobwebs clung to the walls in places. The Venetian blind on the kitchen window had broken chords as did the light pull in the upstairs shower. Bizarrely this had been tied together with a screw eye. It has to be said though, the beds were lovely and comfortable and all things considered we had a great week. However (in our view) we felt property is overpriced.

Treetops is a lovely house with beautiful, large gardens for dogs. Could do with some smaller fencing/wire on entry gate to prevent smaller dogs from getting out (or in! Neighbours dogs were popping in all the time to toilet!) Could also do with a household sweeping brush to help keep on top of sand being brought in for day trips. House was in a lovely position, 5 mins walk from coastal path and Lydstep beach.

Lovely house in amazing location. Perfect base for exploring the coast and a lovely space to come back to with two families with small children. Comfortable and very well equipped.
