The outside space needs an overhaul as the steps are both too steep, with no handrail, which would be a particular issue for some age groups. The outside furniture and patio were in very poor condition & there were broken items of garden furniture left in the garden. We also had an issue with a smell in the house, sorted by the agent, which turned out to be coming from the very overgrown fig tree in the garden. I still cannot understand how this cannot have been identified as an issue before as the smell which resembled cat wee was extremely strong throughout the downstairs of the house until this was cut back and sorted. Also, a small issue compared with the other things, but the visitor information book in the house is not up to date. Overall, we thought the positives outweighed the negatives. We loved its location and being able to walk down to a lovely beach.

Comfortable but needs some TLC, especially outside. Difficult to sort recycling as no bins inside and front of house and garage a bit of a mess! Lovely views from patio.

The property has the potential to be a lovely holiday cottage. Unfortunately it is really in need of some TLC. Positives: The location is great Lovely walk to beach and Tenby Good location to drive to other areas of interest Secure garden Lounge is comfortable, nice sofa. Fridge is great, love the water dispenser. Sauna and jacuzzi bath relaxing. Lovely views of the sea from most windows Kitchen and bathroom appliances/suite are good quality and look nice. Negatives: Cleanliness was really quite poor, bathroom sink filthy (toothpaste marks etc) dog hair on sofas, under furniture, lots of items in kitchen dirty. Dog poo in garden. Mould and damp in most rooms (kitchen, utility, bathrooms) The decking is so rotten and old it doesn’t look safe, we didn’t use it as winter but wouldn’t have wanted to. Fire left dirty from last occupant needed emptying. No starter wood supplied for fire to start people off No dish washer tabs to start people off Cabinet hanging out of wall in hallway Holes in cushions on sofa Tv pretty useless, most channels not available as very very basic package and apps mostly don’t work without freezing. It’s a shame the property feels quite overpriced for the standard unfortunately. We had a lovely time away but the house was sadly disappointing in relation to the photos.

Lovely house built on the hillside with beautiful views and perfect size for a family of 5. Maintenance and cleaning needs improving.
Fabulous house in a perfect location
Lovely stay in a very comfortable, well appointed house. The garden was very good for the dog as it was completely secure. Decking area from the lounge was lovely but could do with being extended to catch the late afternoon/evening sun. The only negative was the staircase bannister posts. Several of us have still got the bruises from catching the corners of the finials! Ouch!
This home had the wow factor for the house, the view and the sauna. The local pub was great, but not so the walk back up the hill!!
The house is beautiful and we enjoyed a lovely week in this house, the facilities are excellent, however the cleaning could be a lot better, there was dust under all the beds and a lot of it, including crayons and tissues which appeared to have been there for a while, considering one of our family group suffers with COPD not ideal, had we spotted this on arrival it would have been raised at the time.
Nice property; comfy bed and nice fridge! But it needed a good spring clean, including the front door and outside of entrance. Getting into the “secret “ en suite was challenging until we realised the sliding door was off its runners! We booked on an offer price, but wouldn’t pay normal full price in it’s current tired state.

Lovely Spacious and well equipped cottage. Great location for visiting beaches and walking the coastal path.
We enjoyed our stay at Ty Lwcus. The house is comfortable and spacious in a lovely location
Enjoyed our stay very much. Accommodation was clean, spacious, comfortable and of high quality in a nice quiet residential area. Kitchen well appointed plenty of crockery and utensils. Dog friendly well enclosed garden and sun deck particularly nice. Suited us very well, grown up family of 4 with dog. Walk to dog friendly South Beach not to far and pleasant. Walk back up challenging so may not suit everybody.
