We love this cottage because of the location. It would be very helpful if a few cleaning products could be at the cottage, also coasters in living room, bedside tables and salt and pepper, a necessity for everyone. Thank you

The property is in a perfect location for exploring Newport and the surrounding area. It has pretty much everything you would need for a comfortable cottage holiday. Very secure garden for dogs. Couldn't find the BBQ advertised as included and would have appreciated a parasole and rmaybe recliners to properly enjoy the garden in the sunny weather. Parking was OK in the Free carpark but could be tricky on busy days. Luckily this did not become a problem during our stay. Love the area and can't wait to visit again.

Stayed here a lot, its a simply decorated place with fab location, this time it needed a nit better clean, my h dust and spiderwebs, also a few things not working well, tap drips in loo for instance,,, we still had a great time but frankly left it cleaner than when we arrived,,, will still be back tho!

Lovely, spacious, comfortable, well equipped cottage. The location is ideal. Beach and coastal paths at the doorstep, cafe/fish and chip shop two doors away and local shops just a short uphill walk. Highly recommended!

Really liked the house and location, warm and cosy in the very wet and windy weather, all necessary equipment. and special thanks to the admin team which responded to all our queries and were so helpful regarding something left behind. However, really disappointed when we arrived - there were dog hairs everywhere, with a real smell of animals, and the place did not feel at all clean. Disappoined too that we had to pay £32 for towels, and those being fairly small ones. It would also be beneficial to have an instruction booklet in the house.

Favourite cottage, location right on beach/coast path, walk into town. We love it here, its not posh, but is comfy and relaxing, safe garden for big dogs - floor is always a bit gritty due to beach proximity, we dont care!

Ty y Mor is an ideal location for a coastal holiday or short break. The only drawback is its lack of a private car parking space, hence the 4-stars. We have not found this to be a major problem as there is a free public carpark within yards of the front door and we return at peak times every year and have always parked close by. The ground floor is tiled, not carpeted, but as it is so close to the estuary shoreline is perhaps understandable. There is a private enclosed paved garden area which would benefit from having an umbrella over the table (we have to take our own) for shade when eating outside. The Coastal Path is only yards away and the sunsets from your front door are magnificent. We'll be back in 2022!
