Biggest Load of Pony, Bruv!

Oi, Coastline Housing? Nah, more like Coastline Chatting Breeze. Proper useless, fam! You email ‘em with real problems, and all you get back is some long essay wafflin’ on but doing nuffin’. Ain’t got a clue how to sort out a gaff, just vibes and bare excuses.

Tried to get hold of me housing officer—man vanished quicker than my gyro on payday! Said they’d call me? Nah, I’m still waitin’, might as well send a carrier pigeon. Man’s got more chance of winning the Lotto than getting a straight answer outta these lot.

And safe to say, if you’ve got nutters causing drama round your yard, Coastline’ll be like: “Ahh well, that’s long innit, call the feds or summin’.” Cheers for nuffin’, mush.

Proper joke ting. Wouldn’t recommend this lot to me worst op.

Just a word of warning

Just a word of warning. We purchased a property from Coastline in Helston 12 years ago. The Deeds were provided by their then solicitors and our solicitor and us assumed that as they were provided by such a reputable company they were correct. However now 12 years later we are in the process of selling the property and have found that the Deeds are in fact incorrectly worded. Coastline's and their current solicitors say it is out fault as we should have checked at the time and want nothing to do with it. We are having to sort this out at some considerable expense and delay before the sale can proceed.

I don’t think this company will…

I don’t think this company will survive. Investigation needs to take place on all fronts at TR14 8FX. From the state of housing to its tenants. Compensation should be paid to those currently and previously affected, and things put to rights. I cannot wait to see the Conservatives come out of power which is happening very soon and bad people and companies like this lose, let justice prevail.

Coastline should be shut down and…

Coastline should be shut down and reported. Substandard services on every level. We have suffered greatly by their hands as a family, they don’t care about you or the property you live in. Stay away.

My mother have lived in a Coastline…

My mother have lived in a Coastline property for 57 years with no complaints until a neighbours daughter moved in next door she reported she could hear a draw being opened and shut in one of the bedrooms she reported it to Coastline Housing the Tenancy officer for this area turned up with 2 POLICE OFFICERS and a written letter for anti social behaviour how Coastline can treat there elderly Tennant's like this I don't know She is 98 years old and in poor health and every time the tenancy officer kept sending her letters for anti social behaviour she would end up in hospital with the worry of it making her health even worse but when I report the tenancy officer nothing is ever done I don't know how they got a complaints department when they don't carry out what you report an absolute disgrace if they treat a 98 year old like this I think it's appalling infact absolutely disgusting the tenancy officer is nothing more than a bully she only pick on the elderly the most vulnerable a week and defencless pensioner the trouble is she have no gut's when you report they all stick together
Absolutely disgusting
I gave 1star but I wouldn't have given any at all I only gave 1 star so I could right this review

Selling unsafe housing to families

Purchased a house on their shared ownership scheme in Cornwall with an electricity supply in the garage. This was advertised when purchasing the property. They signed off the house with safe electricity but this was not the case. The garage supply was simply supplied over a 30 meter extension and wired into the house with nothing more than a 3pin plug. The garage contains lights and 4 wall sockets all running off a single 3 pin plug... massively overloaded! So far the one plug it's connected to in the house has set on fire once and frequent replacements have also blown. Coastline refuse to take responsibility or take action to provided the garage with a proper supply. They have a 50% share in my property and they seem to not care about the fire hazard this causes to myself, partner and 3 children from day 1. They are happy for myself to fix this and not pay anything towards it. They should be ashamed, and I may still take court action. Want to have a shared ownership house with Coastline Housing?... fine, but don't expect it to be safe or gain any responsibility from them if things are not right upon purchasing it. Craig Lonczyk
