They sent the wrong ingredients, which were expired and damaged. They then didn't respond to my complaint. Extra terrible given it was a birthday present.

My package never arrived, the payment was taken and my emails sent in relation to this were not responded to.

I bought the the whiskey sours gift set for my brother.. ordered on the 11th of October for his birthday on the 16th as the website states free express shipping which I assumed would be a couple of days, the gift didn’t arrive until the 19th. That’s 7 days!! Nothing express about that delivery .. although my brother was happy with his gift It was very late. I did email around day 4 of waiting and had no response. Very poor service for an overpriced cocktail kit.

I ordered 7 days ago and have heard nothing since regarding delivery (their website says 1-2 days express delivery) and despite emailing to query this, I have heard nothing from them. Lets hope they read this and respond to my email!

The delivery was prompt, the packing was secure and the box and contents looked great.

Whilst the product was good quality I twice tried to contact you regarding the delivery and I could not get a response.

After initially messed up the order by delivery address being the billing address this was quickly put right and delivery to the intended address was completed in time

The delivery of the item was super efficient with perfect packing. The message was perfect. This was a present for a 70th birthday so awaiting tasting. We had no idea where to buy a cocktail kit so highly delighted with our google search.

I ordered a whiskey sour set for my dad for Father’s Day. I had a little issue with the delivery and contacted cocktail crates who were quick and fabulous at sorting it all out in time! My dad was thrilled with his gift, and the negroni I got for myself was up there with the best one I’ve ever had! I’ll definitely buy again, and have recommended to all my cocktail-loving friends!

I live in Canada and wanted to send my brother in England a cocktail kit for his upcoming birthday. It was surprisingly hard to find one that would ship to/was in the UK and didn't cost an arm and a leg! I was so excited to find Cocktail Crates, and their shipping was FAST!

I spent quite a bit of time searching for the perfect gift - and definitely found it. A few issues with the delivery (due to royal mail not the company), however Cocktail Crates went above and beyond helping me resolve it.
