Still waiting for my order to be delivered. Tracking states that it was sent to the wrong depot in transit but still no update. And no-one replies from so-called Customer Service. Will not buy again.
Great product, but…
I’ll say firstly that Cocoba make great products, I was very happy with the Easter egg I bought this year and it was quickly scoffed by my other half, so a massive thumbs up from him! :)
However, I’m less than impressed with the way that an issue with my delivery was handled. It was delivered in error to a house halfway down my street and thankfully I have very honest people living there as they came over a few days later to give it to me. Personally I think you should refund delivery costs in those circumstances. However, Cocoba stated that they wouldn’t do this as the item was left with a neighbour. I would accept this if it was next door or a few doors down, but halfway down a massive street is not that! Whilst I loved the product, I won’t be buying from there again and offering me a small discount to spend money with them again is not a good resolution.

3+ £1 Coffee Network vouchers not accepted!
Attempted to use my 3+ £1 Coffee Network voucher at Cocoba Bluewater. Staff refused to accept voucher, claiming they no longer accepted them. “No longer accepted them” - and I thought the vouchers were brand new! Very disappointing.

Great Customer Service & quick resolution of missing order
I recently ordered some Gruffalo chocolates for my son for Christmas. I ordered them on the 23rd November. They very quickly sent out an email saying my order had been dispatched and gave me a Royal Mail tracking number.
After 2 weeks the order still hadn’t arrived and Royal Mail website just kept saying they were expecting the parcel.
I emailed Cocoba Chocolate and received a response within 2 days apologising for the problem, that it definitely should be with me by now (3-5working days) and they would investigate for me. The parcel seem to have got lost and so they quickly sent out a replacement (informing me an item was out of stock and offered a substitute or a refund for that item). Dispatched it straight away and even changed the form of delivery, this time using Amazon. I received the item earlier than expected and I know my son will love these when he opens them on Christmas morning.
For me what the fact that the item was late/lost was not the issue it’s how the problem is dealt with. I was very pleased with the response time, the customer service provided by Carly and the resolution.

I received a bag of chocolate brazils as a gift.
Dissapointed to say the least the chocolate was gritty and tasted like cheap chocolate.

Terrible customer service
Order was never sent after 3 weeks and no communication received on why. I had to chase a number of times and turnaround time for customer services is terrible. Still waiting for the order to be sent or a refund…

Terrible experience!
The order was not delivered to my address but instead delivered to some wrong address 8 miles away which was confirmed by Amazon delivery. Have emailed for refund and no response from cocoba.
Arrived damaged and incorrectly packaged
Having waited 12 days for my order to arrive, I received a box of the Gruffalo chocolates with details broken off and rattling around inside the box as well as the tray of chocolates inserted upside down, giving them an overall shoddy appearance. They were intended as a gift and I would not want to give them in this condition.
I emailed Cocoba to request a refund and attached a photo of the chocolates. I was then asked to provide more photos and am now yet to receive a reply. I have never had such a poor experience having received damaged goods from any other company.
Quality control and careful packaging are clearly lacking here as well as customer care.
UPDATE: Cocoba have now issued a refund for the defective product and I have amended the star rating from 2 to 3.
Great quality
Ordered easter eggs and chocolate bombs for my family on Thursday and it was delivered by Saturday afternoon. All was devoured by Sunday night. Eggs were great and everyone enjoyed them. Kids loved the hot chocolate too. Worth the money for the quality and quick service. Made a nice change compared to the usual supermarket chocolate at easter

I’ve been buying from Cocoba for years. This time I got some last minute Easter gifts for friends and the service was great, as usual, and the eggs looked amazing! I also got some truffles for myself, which I demolished within minutes!!

Fantastic product and speedy service. I ordered a 2kg egg to surprise my grandchildren on Easter weekend. It has arrived quickly and in perfect condition, and the egg was well protected inside the box. It looks amazing so I look forward to seeing their faces light up when they answer the front door. Terrible experience after £100 egg purchase
I wish I read these reviews first. Ordered a £100 4kg egg and it arrived smashed. I provided pictures of the damaged egg and was then asked to provide more pictures of the egg, the outside of the box, the inside of the box, wait to hear back, if the Cocoba team approve the return I have to fill out more forms with Royal Mail to arrange a collection, and also the tone of the email is very condescending and implies that the customer is to blame for any damage as they package the item with the word, “fragile”. Not sure what fairyland these people live in, but if you think post people pay attention to your tiny label then you need to come back to earth. Learn how to package your items better and spend more time on that than on your responses on these reviews to try and posture publicly and appear to be super helpful, you are not.

Expensive, not worth the money
Ordered the 2kg egg for Easter that cost nearly £50. When it arrived the front of the egg was completely smashed in. This was for a centre piece and also a gift so was ruined. I emailed customer service and 4 days later I still have not heard anything. Definitely not worth the money

Excellent customer service
Not tasted the chocolate as it's for Christmas Gifts, but have had brilliant customer service. One of the items in my order was out of stock. I received an email from Carly in Customer Services within an hour of placing the order to inform me of the missing item and ask if I would like a refund or to replace it with an alternative. I opted for the refund and had recived the notification of the refund from mmy payment provider within two hours.
The refund took my order below the threshold for free delivery, but Carly said they would cover the delivery cost because of the out of stock item.
I was really impressed with the warm, friendly and very efficient customer service. Thank you
