Excellent customer service
Not tasted the chocolate as it's for Christmas Gifts, but have had brilliant customer service. One of the items in my order was out of stock. I received an email from Carly in Customer Services within an hour of placing the order to inform me of the missing item and ask if I would like a refund or to replace it with an alternative. I opted for the refund and had recived the notification of the refund from mmy payment provider within two hours.
The refund took my order below the threshold for free delivery, but Carly said they would cover the delivery cost because of the out of stock item.
I was really impressed with the warm, friendly and very efficient customer service. Thank you
Not worth the money…
I am horrified that after buying chocolates (£12) to be sent to a friend in France (paying £25 postage) I have now, 10 days later, been sent a demand for €8 tax by the French Post office! ( Not included in the £25 then! AND Cocoba inform me they do not give refunds

Visited the cocoba cafe in bluewater as a loyal customer. The manager there… I’m guessing is the man on their website wearing glasses told his staff that they can no longer accept my reusable cup, after visiting about 15 times already. Not sure why as I am saving them money on their paper cups each time and I am not consuming their truffle with my drink as I have allergies despite paying the full £3.85 each time. Really bad management which is a shame as the staff are fine. Won’t be returning!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Ordered late November, the order never arrived, I contacted them as the Royal Mail tracking said it will update when a delivery is attempted, they said as I didn’t pay for extra delivery it’s on me, not true, my contract is with them and theirs is with Royal Mail to recover the costs. I’ve contacted them multiple times since but they just ignore me
*Update/reply* my order was placed on the 25th November and dispatched on the 27th and the order number was #142658, to be honest though after the email placing the blame for the item not delivering on my shoulders (not paying extra for delivery) I’m unlikely to buy from you again, I got my charge back from the bank, as no one would reply to my emails

Order takes weeks to come…
Would like to review the products however I ordered them 9 days ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Customer Service just send a link when asked where is my delivery which doesn’t help as it’s the same as I’ve had for 9 days - absolute no help and waste of time sending an email to them. Save your money on these expensive products and choose a more reliable company that cares.

Just Wow to Customer Service & chocolate!
I ordered Easter gifts online for my grandson. My family absolutely adore cocoba chocolate. There was a mistake with my order which I completely understood being the last working day before Easter.
I spoke initially to Louise at head office who was so apologetic but just finishing for the Easter break (it was 5pm), she promised she would get someone to contact me to resolve my issue, which I said was fine. Carly contacted me on ‘Good Friday’ which I was not expecting at all. In 2 emails it was all sorted in a professional but friendly & very efficient manner. Thank you Carly & Louise you have both given me the confidence to place another order in future. Companies don’t do this nowadays so you must be very proud of the standard of customer service you provide. Wonderful Service & even better chocolate 🍫 thank you Jo

Ordered a pack of three chocolate bombs…
Ordered a pack of three chocolate bombs for my grandchildren. Very disappointing. One bomb had three mini marshmallows, one had two and one had only one tiny marshmallow.
A total waste on money.
