Good purchase, will repeat in the future!
I'm satisfied with my purchase and the customer support. I ordered from Serbia and the shipping fee with the insurance included was around 14 eur. It's worth ordering if you order several products due to the price difference. The website offers loyalty points and rewards which is a great motivation. Also, the package was shipped relatively fast, I received it after 9 days. I will definitely use this website again, as I need products made for seborreic skin and scalp and the offers are great here.

Hated. not received my order due to address label misplaced house number, amazon shipping has returned it to sender. I try to call customer service number, no one answers due to no staffs available, only online bot chat and no human answer the query. emailed the customer service team and reply in 2 days. though reshipping email confirmation received but not advise the new shipping tracking number, the online order status still shows as shipped . it appears only one staff replies all customers queries. not going to buy anything again in future.

My order arrived a week early and…
My order arrived a week early and it only took seven days via Canada Post. There were no additional charges upon delivery, no customs clearance fee, no duty and no additional tax (I am aware this can depend on the size and dollar value of the order). The surprisingly low cost of the merchandise (and it is the genuine merchandise) offsets the relatively high cost of shipping. Shipping and postal costs are high across the board throughout the world for online purchases. When I emailed customer service about an ordering issue, they responded and solved the problem. I would not hesitate to order again from Cocooncenter.co.uk

Despite some negative reviews here, I placed an order recently (I'm in the UK).
I had no issues at all. Items were the correct ones in the box and Delivery was as advertised and within timescale.
