Great Customer Service.
My order was not delivered within the estimated timeframe with Royal Mail tracking consistently showing that they were expecting it.
A message to Cocooncenter Customer Service was quickly responded to with information regarding a delivery inquiry to Royal Mail. The items were safely delivered two days later and were exactly as ordered.
Not exactly sure what caused the delay, but excellent customer service in getting the matter resolved.

Non-existent customer service
Order CUK-25409455-COC, never arrived but recieved a delivered email. Contacted twice over two weeks via their contact form and recieved no reply, called the phone number and it says "due to how busy they are at the moment the phone lines are off". Will be filing a chargeback for goods not recieved shortly
EDIT: Cocoon center has replied saying that have contacted me but they have not. No email received and nothing in my spam anywhere. I tried calling again and the phone lines are down too. Will be filing a chargeback
