I was so impressed by my experience with Cocooncenter! I fell in love with some skincare products I picked up in France and was desperate to get them back in the US. Terrible customer service, parcel never received and they just ignore you
I ordered from Cocooncenter and never received my parcel, even though the tracking says “delivered”. I checked everywhere in my residence and the parcel was simply not there.
I contacted them and explained the situation. At first, they said they would request the full proof of delivery from the courier, including the delivery location, recipient details, signature, notes or photos. After that: nothing useful.
When I followed up, they just copied and pasted the same answer saying it was “delivered” and too late to investigate. That makes no sense, because they had already agreed to investigate and I was only asking for an update.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I paid for insurance when I placed the order. What is the point of paying for insurance if, when the parcel is missing, the company refuses to properly help, refuses to provide proof of delivery, and refuses to refund or resend the products?
I have now had to chase them several times, and they simply stopped replying. I never received the parcel, never received proper proof of delivery, and never received a fair solution.
I am a loyal customer and have ordered from Cocooncenter several times before, so I honestly cannot imagine how they treat new customers if this is how they treat returning ones.
Really disappointing and unacceptable. After this experience, I would not trust them again.
