Poor respresentation
It was not obvious that the DeLonghi toaster we bought was going to come with a European plug with a converter that means the cable sticks out in the opposite direction to the wall! There is also a small scratch on it, which we are not sure is worth the effort of sending it back because after ordering we found out it was being imported from Europe!! Very poor not to highlight to a UK consumer about the plug

I ordered a coffee machine from this website. The site states a delivery time of 3–5 business days. In reality, it has been 1.5 weeks and I still haven’t received my parcel. The tracking number shows no updates at all. I am very disappointed with this service.

It arrived Sat 16 not 13 th as you stated. You have clearly known it was addressed to UK address yet it is fitted with a Euro plug and no instructions in English . Very poor

Good service, the delivery was quick and I love the kettle I bought from them. I couldn’t find something I liked after a few weeks of searching and luckily I came across their website which had exactly the kettle I wanted. Orders and received within 2 days!

Warranty
This company has a very, very poor warranty policy. I bought a coffee machine, and it broke after just three months. It had a one-year warranty, but they refused to honor it and told me I had to contact the manufacturer directly. If I had known this, I would have bought directly from the manufacturer instead of buying from Coffee Friend.

My reason for contacting Coffee Friend…
My reason for contacting Coffee Friend was to replace a LatteGo milk container for my Philips automatic coffee machine. The information provided on the internet for the type of machine and the milk container I found to be very confusing and I was unsure if the item I ordered would actually be correct for my machine.
I submitted a request to confirm my choice was correct and received confirmation in short order.
I ordered the part and it arrived within a couple of days. At all times Coffee Friend was very helpful.
My only issue is that now I am receiving emails on almost a daily basis and will have to unsubscribe.
