I've been a Coffeelink customer ordering the same green beans for over a year now for home roasting. The beans in my last order were totally different looking so I contacted Coffeelink with photos. They asked me to return the order which I did at my own cost. Now three weeks and two emails later there's been no reply and nothing has happened. This very poor customer service indeed.

Going through the reviews here I notice that Coffeelink usually pays for returns on defective products but not in this case.

Great coffee, customer service and regular discounts. A few colleagues and I at work all chip in regularly to keep our cupboard stocked, and I've even started buying it for when I'm home as I enjoy it so much.

Used to be great. Not anymore. Save your money.

Coffeelink are great - their combination of quality, price, consistency and fast delivery is unmatched, and I have bought from many UK roasters over the years.
I'm just going through my second Kg of the Premium Espreso blend. Pulled on my lever machine it was one of the best espresso blends I've ever had. On my Stilosa it's a little more robust (via a flat 15 bar extraction), but still deliciously rich and almost fluffy in body. I'm yet to fully explore their lighter roasts or single origins, although their Guatemala that I have tried gives me confidence that they'll be equally impressive. Bravo!

Tried two of the three packs ordered and the coffee is amazing. I've even bought a high end grinder and can't wait to explore more varieties. They are also supplied with taster cards!

Really excellent coffee at affordable prices old brown java is my favorite morning coffee and the jamaican blue mountain is single origin and superb. I can genuinely recommend Coffeelink

Excellent coffee delivered within 4 days and freshly roasted, the smell on opening the bags is awesome. We have had a few different types, so far the Blue Mountain has surpassed all others 😀
