I love my coffee link subscription! It's great value for delicious coffee. Coffee is what gets me out of bed in the morning, so peace of mind knowing I won't run out is great! 😁

I recommend this company to all friends and family. Small batch roasts, great taste and loads of different bean types and roasts available to match your personal taste.
I particularly love the option of the subscribe and save, knowing I'm getting great coffee at a great price.

Inaccurate Opening Hours
I got there at 925PM but it was already closed online says 10 PM!

Consistently good and the roaster I always return to.

The coffee is excellent and they always enclose a card giving details about the coffee e.g. tasting notes and where the coffee originates from.
It is easy to re-order on line and delivery is usually within a couple of days.

Ordered an item due delivery within few days, to be told a week later after chasing that they were out of stock. Was never kept upto date. Fast replies and sorted the issues.

Have been ordering coffee for sometime now, my orders aren't that big but service is always excellent and arrive within a few days. Coffee wonderful and I sometimes buy it for friends

I have used Coffeelink for some time now and always been really pleased with the coffee and service until recently. The last couple of months the coffee has been inconsistent either under or over roasted. Not sure if its new people or equipment but it's expensive when you find it not to your taste. I went to order my usual Colombia Supremo Noble but in a month the price has increased from £24.95 to £31.65 about 25%. I'm afraid that’s now more expensive than speciality coffee and too expensive for inconsistency. I guess a lot of recent increases have to passed onto the customer but for me it's just too much now.

I've been subscribed to their "roaster's choice" monthly beans for about a year and I am really enjoying every single coffee so far. I like the variety (they almost never repeat delivery) and the freshness of the beans. The price is quite competitive too.

Over four years after I wrote a negative review, having received appalling service, Coffee Link responded to that review and asked me to get in touch, so I emailed them immediately as follows:

You have responded to a negative review I placed on Trustpilot in 2021 and asked me to contact you!

I placed an order with you, in error, back then and despite informing you at least 48 hours before the order was due for dispatch, you dispatched it regardless and from memory, your customer service response was far from helpful. I pointed out at the time, that notifying a customer at 4am, or thereabouts, of the impending dispatch and allowing just two hours to make any amendment, was far from user-friendly, but to no avail.

Coffee Link talk the talk, but when it comes to walking the walk, they are worse than useless!

Good beans - But poor customer service. Ordered beans on GoodFriday with 24 hour delivery, beans were not shipped until Weds the 23rd. When emailed to query told they were delivered (they were not). When I highlighted this I just got told they would be delivered today. No apologies zero customer service. I like the beans but someone else can take my money every month.
