Great Client Support
My App was constantly coming up with reset when logging on and off. The support desk suggested a couple of solutions which did not work and escalated the ticket to technical support. I am please to say the issue is now resolved. Great end result with a little patience.

Broader range of coins to invest in…
Broader range of coins to invest in would be nice. Especially a few of the more speculative coins. Example. Doge or Shiba Inu. The whole high risk high return thing. Vechain, Quant, HBAR are other examples.

Overall disappointed, no wallet option, and barely any crypto options.... considering its a crypto trading app. Oh and the DOUBLE confirmation message EVERYTIME you sign in is extremely annoying.

Simple but not good
Fees are ridiculously high .. it’s almost impossible to trade with unless the swings are huge ... $50 for a limit trade?? (And that’s with my dollar amount .. is it higher with a larger $$ trade?) And the market price is so disgustingly low or high. So disappointing. It’s simple to use but you pay dearly for that... I need to find a better platform. Canada sucks when it comes to crypto trading!! Oh, Then ... when there’s action and you need to sell or buy, the app locks up and you can’t log in and miss the opportunity.... it’s only good for long term investing and not trading ... I haven’t tried to withdraw money yet but hopefully that goes smoothly .. I’m sure they’ll charge some ridiculous withdrawal fee but that’s only a guess, based on their limit trade fees it wouldn’t surprise me if they did.

A lot of bugs on apps. The 2 authentifications do not work well. And there is a lot of good alcoin missing on the website. Not a big choices.
