Communication is difficult at times. I do not like withdrawal fees and can only withdrawal particular crypto. Need to upgrade graphing to be more accurate and interactive. I have been locked out of my account before and was unable to access my crypto. Ability to set stop losses would be beneficial. Overall it's pretty user friendly. Just need to make some changes to the above mentioned.

Best and most user-friendly Cryptocoin trading app.
I tried many different crypto trading apps, and this one was by far the simplest. Very affordable. Also, there are constantly new crypto coins being added.

I am pleased with the trading platform
I am pleased with the trading platform. Easy to use and very quick responses. My device is Samsung Galaxy Note 20. On the Android OS. My only personal issues are:
1. The Price Alert function doesn't seem to work for me.
2. I have sent at least two emails on the this issue but has as yet to receive any response.
3. I think once I have signed on to the app with my credentials and biometric identification, and have responded to the 2-Factor authentication, I see no reason why I should authenticate again when I process a trade.

I find your website hard to follow. I bought Stellar, Litecoin & Ripple from you. I could not find out whether I needed a wallet for these coins. I could not find out how to send coins to someone. I could not even figure out how to sell them.
