Coinberry has no compliance or customer service. You can only contact by email. They are slow to respond and don’t provide any account information when requested. This platform is used by many scammers because of its lack of internal regulation and oversight. It is not safe and accounts can be transacted with by anyone who can gain access you account. No signatures required to transfer money out and no support from Coinberry if this happens. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Honesty Prevails
I made a mistake with an e-transfer - I forgot to put my code into the message box. I emailed support right away, and they took care of it in about 30 minutes. I was impressed that Coinberry is willing to treat its customers with care and concern, even for small amounts of money. Thank you sooooo much. It’s nice to have great customer service provided by honest people. Make a huge difference, in my mind!

Don't ever trust this Canadian exchange
I transferred coins from Binance to Coinberry, although my transaction is Completed on Binance, but no coin is in Coinberry, I contacted the customer service and this is what they replied "Since you transferred USDT your transaction is lost and is not recoverable", no more response, I am losing 600 USDT because of these naive company, that simply could reject the transaction if it's not valid.

The Verification Process is Ridiculous!
I gave 1 star only because I'm not able to give 0 stars. Your process to sign up and fund a new account is absolutely atrocious. The last two people I have tried referring to your site to take advantage of the referral program have given up completely. I have given up trying to refer people. No issues with any other exchange except this one. Enabling funding for your exchange is frustrating and not intuitive for a lot of people. I have heard this from others. I didn't have any issue months ago with my account but evidently something has changed since then. I'm done.

I just got the app and was little confused and emailed support. Expecting to hear back in a few days it was literally not even half hour reply. Have used a bunch of different apps this one is legit. Real world customer highly recommend thus crypto exchange.

I sent an ETH transfer worth over 20k…
I sent an ETH transfer worth over 20k at the time on the wrong network. I used bep20 instead of the ether network. Unfortunately for me coinberry didn’t support binance smart chain. But after a few emails back and forth they were able to retrieve the ether that I thought was lost forever. The team did almost a month of work and finally got it back for me. I want to thank everyone Involved. And thanks for bringing crypto to Canada I’m a smooth and user friendly matter. I love coinberry!!!

Easy to use, but expensive.
Easy interface and simple for buying crypto, but the transfer fees are VERY high. Transfering my XRP to my wallet cost me 4%.
I'm switching to Newton.
