Agree with others on super slow crypto withdrawls. Unacceptable for a withdrawl to take more than a few minutes in a market where time matters. Waiting hours for a withdraw is so frustrating. I want to buy BTC, transfer out and get into a stable coin asap. Being in BTC puts my money at risk. I could lose $100's or even $1000's just waiting on the withdrawl.

Also so annoying that the site logs you out every minute it seems, even when I was actively reviewing historical activity.

I opened this account way way back when there were not many options but we're finally getting more options in Canada and unless Coinberry ups there game they won't be around too much longer.

Don't expect any sort of speedy response from Support either. Been waiting hours for a response there as well on why my withdraw is taking so long.

If and when my BTC transfer FINALLY happens, I'm closing my account and moving to a different exchange.

How does a crypto withdrawal take 10 hours? and its still not processed? Every other exchange in the world has almost instantaneous withdrawals. Only if you guys would get it together you would be competitive in this tough industry.

Look, I know there are some skeptics out there, at first I was a bit upset with the service, but they came back strong this week, either they had a lot of emails to deal with or something might have gone wrong with their systems for a week or two, I can't be too sure, but they have restored my faith fully with excellent, timely and expedited service due to the issues that I was facing.

They have cost me 10s of thousands of dollars with there total incompetence they say 15 minutes for a transfer withdrawl I've waited 72 hours at least every time by the time they finally figure out the transfer your nft or coin your buying is long gone or doubled in price this is clearly a Canadian business buncha turds

I have been on Coinberry for a few years now. Wiring the first funds in was fine, every transaction since then has been painful, and has taken days. Getting money out took over a week, and many emails with different people, last week i transferred 2k into my account, (a test before i sent more) and it never landed. 2 years ago i changed my name back to my birth name, the funds came from the same account now in my new last name. i have dealt now with 4 different people, sent them my passport, mortgage statement, drivers licence (i had already been approved when i started) and today, after 5 days i received another email, from another name, now asking for more documents. They even asked for my original marriage certificate (20 years ago). Why didn't they just tell me to open a new account in my new name? I have never had these issues on the other exchanges i use, and am now transferring everything to another platform. I'm done.

So far so good... feel confident using this platform.

I have opened an account with Coinberry a little bit more than a month ago and sent a small amount of money by wire transfer to see if it worked and if the funds would arrive on my account on Coinberry. It worked and I began trading with this money.
I then sent a bigger amount, a month ago now which never arrived on my account. Despite me having opened an investigation with my bank that did a trace payment to see if the fund arrived at Coinberry's bank, which was the case (confirmation from their bank), I never saw the funds on my account.
I also tried to reach out to Coinberry's customer support and complaint department as well and never had a clear response from them except to say, in at least 5 different emails, that I would have a response from the finance team within 24-72h. I never heard from them and don't even now if they have a finance department, which is quite concerning in my opinion for a Crypto trading company.
I haven't lost all hope of recovering my money, but if you are considering trading with Coinberry, think twice.

Worst experience ever. They Won't Let Me Withdraw my Crypto.
Absolute rubbish.
Easy to add money, nightmare to withdraw.
No customer service, no contact number.
Deserve to be shut down and fined in the process!

I have given them every document they asked me to provide. They have asked me to verify my account for more then 15 times in last 30 days whenever i try to Withdraw and still they won't let me Withdraw my crypto.

I would actually give zero stars! Please allow zero star ratings!

Response was very slow, but came through. Not bad.

Coinberry is a great app developed by awesome people. Simply, user friendly and fast. Kudos to the support staff - always fast and precise.

Deposit money is easy but the time to withdrawing your Bitcoin can take over a day! I have waited over 24 hours many times just to with draw over .01 in bitcoins. There are way better options than using Coinberry.
