Terrible service, they restrict access to your own money by locking accounts and taking hours to respond; resulting in days of loss waiting to, hopefully, get back access to your digital funds - currently locked an account we created and have not yet responded to resolving the issue or allowing us access to our money.

Overall, this seems like a scam - do not trust them with any of your digital assets. There are many alternate services available that provide a much better customer experience with a level of service that you can trust.

My experience was bad, verification is a nightmare, they ask for more and more doc to make it more difficult and bridge privacy to no end, they locked up my account for any reason they want, of course when you need to withdraw assets. Withdrawals take hrs, read other reviews of people with similar experience and be aware,
run from them; there are much better option to trade crypto, should be 0 stars, maybe one star for low fees-but do not be cheap- it will cost you in the end

Thank Coinberry for making my experience so simple. I am 60 years old and extremely new to this type of banking. Your clear instructions, simplicity of use and speed of transactions have really helped me to gain some confidence in online financial dealings.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I opened an account did my first transaction waited the 24 hrs everything was fine the I get a message the require more documents and identification so they put the status of my account under review so I can't do anything with it I have money in that account and it has been under review for a week and they have everything they requested. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Excellent customer service hero. Almost like someone 'kissed away my pain'. I felt valued and there was follow-up to make sure I was heard through email. Who does that? Love the "berry" pun thrown in there. Answered my questions in a timely manner. Thank you.

Fine to take your money but they will keep your funds and not let you withdraw.

I set up my account in 2018. Overall that was ok, and at the time you had to verify your bank account but didn't have to submit a photo ID. I'm currently trying to withdraw the funds from my account by eTransfer to the same bank account that made the initial deposit. Easy you would think - but no! They are refusing to do the transfer until I provide them with several additional (and not actually legally required) forms of ID. This is a huge violation of privacy and they do not have in place the correct mechanisms to protect your data after they recieve it. They also told me they will keep it for 7 years - so you will be at risk for a very long time if you do give them this information.

Their specific 'privacy policy' link within the general terms on the site supposed to take you to the full policy doesn't even work. The information pertaining to data protection within their general terms is atrocious and does not meet with BC or ON privacy requirements - basically if you send them your data you automatically agree to allow them to share/ use/ keep your personal data in any way they see fit. Oh, and you also automatically agree to them skimming any additional data they like from other sites. Awful.

Similar to several people on here they changed my account from verified to unverified AFTER I requested the withdrawal, and are asking for a number of documents, claiming they need to be compliant with FINTRAC. My transaction is FAR less than the FINTRAC required reporting of any amount over $10000. I have informed them I no longer wished to use their site, and that I wanted my money returned so I could close the account. They won't do anything unless I give them the IDs etc, which I did not agree to when I signed up for the account. Contrary to what they will tell you, there is no justifiable reason to send this level of private information and their privacy policies/ behaviour is that of an untrustworthy organization.

I'm extremely disappointed and will probably end up spending everything I made on legal fees to just get my own money back.

Coinberry is excellent, has all the features needed.

Don't expect to withraw crypto or deposit fiat without issues. I have to wait a day to several days for Coinberry to clear my request.

I have contacted their office several times to clarify what I need to supply to make sure this doesn't happen. Unfortunately I get the run around and I am kept waiting in limbo.

Don't expect support to respond after regular business hours; because they won't. Everyone leaves and again I am left in limbo.

I highly suggest looking else where to purchse and move crypto.

I have been using Coinberry for many months now and I have had no issues with the transfer of money or coins. Very easy to use and the app keeps me informed with my account.

I am over 70 years old and this was my first time on a cryptocurrency platform. I was nervous and frustrated with my inability to log into my account and was ready to give up. I reached out to customer support and it turned out be an easy fix. What I consider exceptional about the support is how patient and knowledgeable they were. Within a short period of time and a lot of understanding on their part, I was up and running. I am much more confident now, heading into this new trading adventure thanks to their help.

Coinberry was fun, until transferring money back!
Totally unresponsive AI CSR system with no oversight along with a tech who seemingly defrauded me of 6 figures while LinkedIn directors couldn’t care less after acknowledging complaint and then being as oblivious as their AI team of imbeciles.
I am having to commence a lawsuit in order to retrieve my 6 figure capital losses!
Stay away, they are either maliciously fraudulent or AI incompetent. Either way, their office in Toronto is a shell for compliance and their directors are not accountable, or worse, aware of the scans!

Prompt, courteous and efficient service when I ran changed phone numbers and had to address the 2-step security protocol. Great work.

Coinberry is an Awesome Site. I love working on this platform. The Customer Service is excellent and will get back to you quickly if you have an issue. Transactions are fairly quick depending on which bank you use. Normally they take a few hours...sometimes longer depending on the volume going through. Thankyou CB.

Here to give a big shout out to Eren whom handle my e-transfer bank deposit to Coinberry, absolutely appreciate the way Eren support us the users.

I am still waiting for crypto withdrawal. They accepted my deposit in 15 minutes. Withdrawal is a disaster. It is more than 3 days since I am awaiting a transaction that is still processing. Terrible customer support. Terrible Service. Due to the price drop, I already lost 1000 CAD. I am sending emails, answers are always dry and don't make any sense to me. Need advice what can I do.
