100% scam exchange.
So I did a test batch of a low amount of $30 BTG. Then exchanged it for 27.1 0X and ended up getting $15.15 in 0x back with them taking the rest in “exchange fees” so almost 50% fee. Then they raise the “gas fee” to an extend where you can not take your remaining balance and transfer it off there exchange. I have never ever seen any other exchange any where do this. Mind you I have been doing this between other exchanges sense 2008 and never had such high rates or the in ability to allow you to transfer a balance off an exchange. So at this point it’s a loss of $30 dollars due to a greedy and non trustworthy exchange. 100% do not recommend using or even downloading the app. Scammer straight up. Just want to pocket your hard work.

Be Careful.
In 2019, when I first started using Coinomi all was good. My assets and transactions were all available and safe.
In mid 2023, I swapped coin A to coin B. Transaction was confirmed on explorer but coin B was not visible in my account. Customer service said it would be a while as they were having issues after I had tried various troubleshooting methods they had advised me to try.
Now Feb 2024, I contacted customer service again, I was told rather bluntly that they did not have a timeline where or when my crypto
would be available.
Just be careful and DYOR.

Yesterday I opened my first wallet . There is a default in ETH that effect my account. Unfortunately I see lots of troubles coming up after reading the reviews . Also live chat is difficult to get in touch with . As a first timer you are scared that you loose everything. Also sent a mail , but they where a bit irritated about my questions . So will update if I ever receive my ETH coins . Nobody is answering chat … I think I lost my money in this .
Update still no excess via the app to my crypto coins …. Totally useless! Chat is not responding . Again technician are busy ….

When transacting via Coinomi you pay miners fees to the miners on the blockchain, You are in complete control of these fees. spending many smaller UTXOs in a single transaction increases the transaction weight and leads to a higher fee than one might expect. I won money on Bovada, betting on NFL games. Tried to send my winnings through Coinomi to my bitcoin home address at Coinbase. Somewhere along the way they stole my money or let someone else do so. 3,74 Monero just vanished frommy wallet. I wanted to change it in Bitcoin and it was said sorry no connection. After pressing synchronisate the Monero coins where vanished. It was said, never received monero coins. This is what their trouble desk answered :We are having work done on the Monero wallet at the moment, so new transactions aren't appearing and there may be issues refreshing/showing transactions. Do not worry, your funds are safe. Once all is done, every transaction will appear automatically in the app and balances will update. Apologies for the inconvenience.
I will wait and will leave a notice if the coins will cpme back. Same happened to me allready in Mai 23 with my second coinomi wallet. The coins still away. See my notice before.

Coinomi is it a scam…
I've moved two tokens to Coinomi and both are not showing a balance
I contacted customer service and they said they know it's an issue but have no time schedule to fix it, if at all. Then they sent me directions saying to enter my keys which is a trigger for a scam
AVAX and ALGO both missing and are the only two tokens I had transfered
Both had the green light next to the token when I loaded them but then when I transferred to the wallet they both turn red

FRAUD! I log in with a password, the next day I try to use that password to send crypto out of the account and they say oh no, wrong password. Literally wrote it down and logged into the app WITH THE PASSWORD, they just hold the money. Worst customer support. Another fraudulent leach of the crypto universe.
